Mr Richard Tripp is very professional thank you sir for doing my taxes.

My experience with tax preparer Donna Collins of Cleveland Ohio was the best. But the prices were ridiculously overpriced. I won't go back for that reason. But for my preparer she was more then stellar and professional, informative, patient, helpful, knowledgeable.

Great experience fast and efficient and friendly.

Sade Sparks is very professional, thorough, friendly and relatable! She is up-to-date as it relates to tax changes and she also help her clients think about future planning. I return year after year because of the service I receive from her- that is all. I travel about 25 minutes to the tax office and pass up many on my way but exceptional customer service is rare.

The representative was courteous and professional, but I don't think I received any tax credits or any additional money that I couldn't have done on my own. I normally do my own federal, state, and city taxes. Since I bought a house, I decided to use a professional service.

My tax agent, Mr. Tripp was extremely competent and was able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and very thorough. He removed the anxiety of filing my income tax.

From the time that you walk into H&R Block you're such a warm welcome from each and every one of the employees and my personal tax agent Cara bleuler that's the main reason why I return each and every year I have been a customer with her since 2008 and I wouldn't change it for the world
