Too much time waiting, was there for nearly four hours. They quoted me on a white Escape, then brought out a more expensive Escape, saying that the white one was not available (really?).

As a customer, I felt separated for the mechanic.

Very bad experience, called about a specific car and was told it was there before we drove 2 hrs to get there and then when we got there they still acted like they had the specific car then they tried to sell us a different car and said that the other car was sold in the morning, about 5 hrs before we called, will not do business here again, dont like liars ...
