One of the best Verizon stores in the country. Jenny and Jason were a great help and I had a great experience. I will continue to go there for all my cellular needs and continue to sing their praises. I 10/10 recommend this location.

Jenni is my go to girl, I have been going to her for all my Verizon phones, plans, any question I have. I have been going to her for alot of years and I won't go to anyone else. I trust her and always respect her suggestions, she has never steered me wrong! 💯 satisfied!!

Jenni and Adam are amazing! We enjoy coming here. They treat us like we are family members. They are extremely patient because I am old and technology can be a challenge.

I was in the store this morning and we were on a limited time frame. There was one person in front of us. The clerk J.F. took care of all of us efficiently and without fail greeted each customer as they entered. She made the point to explain to each person entering that there would be a wait. Most customers decided to stay. I think that says a lot. Kudos!!!

I was having trouble with my daughter's phone saying no sim card or SOS. Drove 20 minutes only to have the gentleman working tell me her phone was dying and would need a new phone. He never looked at the phone or tried anything to help. I drove back home called Verizon and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I would NOT recommend going to this store for phone problems. They only want to sell you new phones and get you out the door!!!

The worst customer service I have ever had just because I wanted to transfer my tracfone to another phone the lady said that they can't do that so am done with Verizon only until she is gone the worst person you have working for the company.
