Allergy & Asthma Center of Dayton

Terri Moncrief has help me figure out why I was struggling with my allergies so bad and has gotten them back under control without allergy shots. She is awesome.

The doctors and nurses are great. The lady at the desk at the Main street facility is very unfriendly. Would be helpful if hours for walk in shots were on the web and social media outlets. Papers get thrown away and every day is a different schedule. Can be hard to remember especially when going a day you do not normally go.

Now that I see other reviews, I don't feel bad for writing mine. Am a new patient, lady at window, not friendly, no greeting of any kind by her or the one in the room that weighed me, etc. Thank goodness, at least the Dr. Moncrief was pleasant. Said to allow 2 hrs. for appt. I was in and out in about 1/2 hr. max from start to finish. I almost walked out after how I was made to feel at the window. I am amazed that offices keep people that are rude! It IS customer service after all, one should be nice and make the patients feel welcome, it's not really all that hard to do! (Sidney office).

I would give less stars if I could. My husband has waited almost 2 months for this appointment, and has not been able to take necessary medications. Since we are new patients we were asked to arrive early. We left our house early that is a 41 minute drive from our door to theirs. We arrived 3 minutes after the initial 5 I told her on the phone we would be running late because of traffic delays we were not planning on. 2 wasted months, wasted gasoline, wasted time. The lady at the window was rude.
