Great store. Very helpful. After having other stores decline to help us as we had bought our phones online Lexi and crew in Ellet were a breath of fresh air. In my opinion the best T-Mobile location in the area!!!

Great customer service! Lexy and Marshal were so knowledgeable and personable! They were so helpful setting up my phone tablet and watch!

Came in a few days ago to switch carriers. Micah was super friendly and helpful. He kept a smile on his face the whole time he helped me even after having to come back after running home to get something I didn't bring with me.

I have been to A LOT of mobile cellphone stores all carriers and this by far was the BEST experience ever in my 50 years!! Harmony is a amazing representation of how to have great customer service!! Will always go there as long as she is there.

Mieyana was extremely helpful! She greeted me as soon as I walked in, she asked me what I was looking for, and if I needed any help. Initially I only went in for an Apple Watch. While I was there she was able to correct an issue I had with my phone because it kept dropping service. If you’re making a trip to T-mobile I definitely recommend asking for her!

The employees at the T-mobile store in Ellet are very knowledgeable and helpful about any phone service and issue that you might have. I bought my Galaxy phone there two years ago and my daughter just activated a phone that was given to her. They transferred all the info from her old phone to the new one and answered all questions we had. I'll be going there again the next time I get a phone or have any problems.

Kenny and Marshall are why I am still a T-Mobile customer. I had a phone that was no longer supported by the change with Sprint's network switch. I had called T-Mobile and Sprint around seven times and got different answers.

They tried several times to look up offers, find bugfixes, and do anything they could to help me. They eventually figured out an obscure solution to make my phone work that seven other people couldn't figure out. They were so smart and friendly and I am so appreciative I don't have to buy a new phone when I already have a phone that is newer. These guys are the best and if you need help they are gurus and experts and will do anything you can to help you. I literally would have gone and switched if they hadn't figured out how to save me time and money and I got to stay on my old plan. They are total phone heroes.

This T- Mobil in Ellet is great. My phone was ordered & shipped, they asked me to come back to set up the new phone.
They didn't try to push me into a "more than I needed" phone, I only text & make calls.

Just visited the store in Ellet & those two young men in there FIXED EVERYTHING I Boogered up on my phone in my settings! Extremely Knowledgeable, Courteous, Helpful & Kind! TMobile is Soooo Much Better than Verizon in Soooo Many Ways!!!!!

Today's service was number one I come out the store smiling Harmony was a great sales person and she took care of me very well so I just wanna say she did an excellent job

My mom and I went in to get her switched over and get some new smart phones for herself and my stepdad. All of the guys that were in the store made the process so easy for us and Micah went the extra mile to get their old numbers switched over from their old phones (this was not an easy task as my mom forgot all her account information)
So if you want great customer service and nice down to earth people to assist your cell phone needs, this is the place to go!!

Sofia gave great customer service. She went above & beyond to help meet our needs & to get all my info transferred off my old device that had broke. She even stayed 2 hours over after the store closed to finish everything! I switched from being a sprint customer for over 7 years & I'm going to be saving $75 a month & I'm eligible for the tv promotion!! Oh & getting free Netflix so saving another $10 a month!! :-)

Wonderful guys. Micah and Brandon were very helpful and funny. It took 2 hours for me to switch phone companies and sign up cause of technical difficulties but they made it enjoyable. I wanted to hangout longer. Lol.

The customer service is great here and I am saving a fortune compared to Sprint. I also get Netflix with their promotion and they have a lot of features with their unlimited plan.
