Paramjit is awesome - and her coworkers, too! Don’t know what everybody else’s problem is, but they’re polite, courteous and they do the best they can! This is my go to place lots of parking, what more could you ask for?

Had a really nice experience at this post office.
The staff Khin was super friendly and helpful. It’s my first experience at this post office since moving to San Mateo. Am really glad that the staff here is so awesome.

It looked like a historic building. Usually there is a small queue but it moves quickly.

Excellent and courteous service. My mailing options were clearly explained to me. I came back after I checked with an international air courier down the street after I learned that their options were more expensive.

In Europe people pay 3 to 5 times what we pay in postage. We don't want to pay taxes, but we whine like children when the government doesn't give use what we want.. These post office workers bust there asses. I'd like to see one of the complainers last a week working at the post office.

Fast service considering there was only one clerk open and a line forming. Got in and out fast.

The lady who helped me out today was very patient and knowledgeable. 5 stars.

Extended hours for weekends in the holidays too!

GREAT FOR THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS

This is one of the better post offices I have visited. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will definitely visit again.

This USPS location in San Mateo is busy but consistently has 2-3 service windows open. Parking is a challenge. This post office is a historical landmark. The building is Art Deco with hints of California Spanish style architecture. The lobby has a beautiful mural above service windows.

Low-key historical building. Has a WPA murals over the postal windows. The wait isn't too long. Workers are friendly.

Just like your usual USPS office.
