They place us Elders as a Priority. Elders first served at Pharmacy. My Dr has given me excellent care.

Starting with admission and the list on down they are all important to the team. There compassion and knowledge induces you with confidence your in the right place and your health will be important to staff just as it is ti you and your family. Remember to update information when due time. This keeps record updated. Lowers expected wait times. Stay patient and let us care you. Is the great attitude I receive from ptha.and our tribal family

I love my primary care doctor, Mikaela Agler! She is so supportive of all areas of my life. My primary counselor, Susannah, is a Rockstar! Together, they are the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with.

I have used PTHA for over 45 years. My Son has used the clinic since he was born. Doctor & nurse even came to the house where he was born to do well baby type tests Great doctors, nurses that the staff and doctors get to know you & not just a chart number, all the assistants, pharmacy that will take the time to explain your medicines, they have many community type services also. They are wonderful. Just wish we still had the eye clinic to get glasses & such. That you All at Takopid & the Puyallup Tribe.

I had a great experience with the Pediatric Dentistry staff who helped my daughter earlier this week. All of the staff were wonderful but Krista was exceptionally great with her. I couldn’t believe that Krista single handily got her excited to be at the dentist and follow all instructions without shedding a tear. Krista made going to the dentist a fun experience!

PTHA has been taking care of me for about 20 years and I have never one time been treated with disrespect. I am so grateful that I am lucky enough to be able to receive care there. The staff is wonderful. I have read some of the reviews here and find them untrue. I not from the Puyallup Nation and yet I have not one time had a bad experience unless I chose to have a bad attitude. I only did that once and learned my lesson. I have to treat all people the way I want to be treated. I have many health issues and have received such excellent and outside help, I wouldn't be on this Earth if I had to rely on Medicare. Thank you PTHA .

I don't understand where some of these reviewers are coming from. I am Alaska Native and I have been a patient of PTHAs dental, pharmacy and medical services for almost 20 years now, along with my daughter who is 14 years old and she has been coming here since she was born. Back when I first started, PTHA used to provide eye care and glasses, well that service got cut out but I am happy we still have the services we do and that its not just for local Natives. They have always treated me and my family very good, and on the very rare occasion that they have not, well...they are human too. Sure I have had to wait quite a bit at times, but it was not that often, and they do their best to hurry things along and they have always apologized for it. Be happy and count your blessings for what we DO have.

This place has been a god send! I came here in desperation when I found out I was pregnant a little over a year ago. I didn’t have health insurance at the time . I am Alaska Native in the very least and not a single time have I been made to feel unwelcome. Sadly that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. After that they were checking on me, making sure I knew I had counseling available to me, they were so kind and caring. That’s when the sent me to Dr. Austin Shelton. There are no words to describe how amazing he has been. When I got pregnant again he was on top of things making sure test were being done and the baby was growing well. He went above and beyond many times. He is so kind and gentle. Not to forget his assistant Lilly, she too is wonderful. He saw me until I was able to get onto my husbands insurance and had to transfer out due to being high risk. I think I got spoiled and had too high of expectations for this new doctor. Now that I have had the baby, myself and my 3 children are back at the PTHA and I couldn’t be happier.

I love my primary doctor Allen Shelton senior and I've been there for 39 plus years and and I had some problems with some doctors until I found a new primary doctor and everything is doing good and I've been with Christina at the dental and she is a hygienist cleaning teeth and I've been with her ever since she started working there at the tribe and she's a very nice person love her to death

I am part of the Minnesota Chippewa, Have great coverage (Medical, Pharmacy, and dental) AND i am WHITE as F-, never get any strange looks, i am not mistreated and best of all i barely have to wait. This clinic is 100% better than St. Clair's clinic and my girlfriend works at the St. Clair clinic. When you go into the PTHA you are greeted by a very nice Veteran Security guard (yesterday he had a pair of Dachshund "wiener dogs" as his K9 Unit) you are not rushed through ANYTHING they are extremely customer based. I check in, go straight to a room, RN is waiting for me. She does her thing, Doc comes in and takes care of business after a little chitchat. My doctor misses nothing (Dr. Platt is awesome) it actually seems like everyone cares, unlike any other place i have been period. The fact that the services are free is not relevant, i still pay for full medical through my employment and will continue to do so. The negative reviews i read must be a bunch of people spoiled by their social outcome in life. Try getting treated in a V.A. hospital for cancer caused by war, A war that makes your freedoms what they are now. Love ALL of you at the PTHA, and thank you for your help.

Everyone here is so welcoming. I enjoy going to visit from time to time. Especially staff. They're so helpful and concerned. And most try their best to make you comfortable and help in whatever way they can. Thank you to them for all they are. Truly gratefully, appreciative and Blessed.

This pharmacy is the best I've ever seen. Have you ever been to Walmart pharmacy? The employees wander around... Don't pay attention to customers and are rude. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Evryone that is writing bad reveiws needs to stop and think....how lucky we are to not have to pay a dime. 90% of the time you can be seen same day. They have alot of people to care for so sure we have to wait sometimes. There constantly making improvements and there speeding up. Thank you PTHA.

I have received excellent care and they seem to go beyond to connect with you on a very human level. That is something you don't get with other doctors, nurses, etc in outside organizations.
