Somehow there was a miscommunication when I mentioned the area that was just filled was slightly rough but the entire back end of my tooth was completely shaved off during a filling procedure. I'm now having extreme sensitivity to cold and it's hard to sleep just from the cold air on my tooth when I breathe. I understand some sensitivity can happen as normal but the back of my tooth is actually fully gone. I'm disappointed because this place seemed really good up until this and I'm afraid to go back if I want to keep my teeth. There was also some floss left jammed up inside of my gums from the procedure that was causing pain until I found it. Way too heavy handed with the drill, didn't make an effort to try to understand where or how it was rough, possibly in a rush since it was near lunch.
