Hi I came into the office, and Adrian was very helpful. He told me all the great deals they have for Black Friday. I am now considering replacing my phone today with a Google pixel because with financing it is very doable.

The young lady that helped me was super friendly, and went far above what I expected in her way of helping me. I will definitely be going back to the store and looking to do business with her again. She was extremely pleasant, and Verizon is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

Everyone was very friendly and competent. I was having problems with a recently purchased phone and they were able to help me. I had gone in a couple times to try and fix the issue but unfortunately since the manager wasn't there at the time I wasn't able to proceed with exchanging the phone. Vanessa was very kind and helpful to me even though it was extremely busy during my visits. On the third visit she was there when I walked in and was already getting ready to help me with my exchange and everything was easy and simple!

The sales woman who helped me was awesome, Verizon is very lucky to have her.

Originally didn't get much assistance from first employee, probably not as knowledgeable as the second employee Jake who provided EXCEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL & KIND service. My Verizon app was having issues and original employee referred me to the Corporate store instead but Jake thought he could try to help me so he did, patiently and professionally. While at the store, I noticed he was calm, collected and very professional with at least 4 other clientele. He not only seems like a great representative, he's a team player as well willing to help where needed. Please support his work and treat the employees kindly as they do us.

Needed to ask a question and even though they were closed for inventory, they addressed my questions! Thank you!!

Isaiah was an exceptional customer service rep. Handled two of us with patience, humor & grace! Was able to multi-task, upsell as made sure we got the discounts needed.

Representative was busy with another customer but acknowledged me quickly. He then worked with me while assisting the other customers. He was very friendly and customer orientated. I coil t of asked for more from him.
