My go-to grocery store in my neighborhood. Always clean and usually very well stocked. Parking lot has changed a bit but it's all good.

Great quatity of meat!!
Vegetables and fruits are always fresh and great variety.
Very good overall.

Our first time coming to this store, we have been to many stater bros, but this location has beyond the greatest customer service. DJ helped us at the cash register, very friendly, great customer service, was able to calm and interact with my kids and make it a fun experience for them. The meat department and bakery very helpful and attentive. We are new to the area and we will be coming to this location from now on. Thank you for the great experience.

This store location is very clean and easy to find the merchandise. The store clerks are very helpful especially the meat and deli section. One of my favorite market to shop for everyday needs.

I love stator bros. Always clean and organized. Employees are extremely helpful. Love the quality of meat. I wish their store on lincoln hadn't closed because it was closer.

Thank you to Eric for promptly helping me. I thought I had left my wallet in the store. Within 2 hours of my inquiry, he reviewed camera footage and helped me determine that I hadn't. I later found it under my car seat. Thank you again. Great customer service.

The Stater Brothers on valley view and Ball Rd. Never shopped there before, I heard that they do the Thanksgiving complete dinner, so I went to ask, not only I ordered the complete Thanksgiving dinner I did grocery shopping, honestly first the store is very clean, very friendly employees, and very reasonable prices, and everything was so fresh definitely I will shop there again. The Turkey was juicy delicious with the mashed potatoes, gravy, and the rest.

First time visiting this store, and i went almost at a closing time for Deli Dept.
There was a young fellow working at Deli, I was looking to buy some cheese and ham to feed my little toddler, and he was the kindest and humble "Deli employee" I've ever meet. (Samuel, you're a good man)
I hope to visit the store next time, and a message to the Management team "give Samuel a 5 five and my feedback"
One of the most important feedback for any employee is recognition, and this young fellow it's been recognize by a customer as a good employee.

I changed my go to grocery store two months ago. I love Stater Brothers!!!
Their prices are better than the other grocery stores.All their employees are very friendly and helpful. They are always stocking the shelves and the store is very clean. Today I saw a box person go and get a case of water for an elderly person and get them a cart. When I was leaving with my groceries, a case of soda rolled off the bottom of the cart which I didn't see and the cashier brought it out to me. This doesn't happen at other stores. Great customer service!!!

Always friendly, clean, reasonable prices and did I tell you they have a butcher always. They have the most amazing selection of beef cuts, seafood and if your pork ribs are too big, the butcher can make them smaller on the spot. Their employees are so kind, they bag your groceries and they are always friendly and courteous. Need imported cheeses? no worries, swing by their Deli department and you’ll find some delicious treats that pair well with wine. A one stop grocery store, this place rocks!

Great store, if it's not on the shelf they'll check in back for whatever you need , if an on sale item is out they'll gladly give you a rain check so you can get the item at the sale price when it does arrive, the people are nice and helpful too😉👍😎

Stater Bros it’s nice and clean great food great service

Oh my God...i love this particular store that is only 0.6 miles away from where I work, and a Blessing to me. Honestly.
Every time I want to check out, I end up with the same cashier, for the past 3 months. All the time. Her name is Trinity.
For a reason. Today I found out why. God works in mysterious ways 🙏.
I went to stater as usual to buy my dinner. Of course I had Trinity as my cashier. Finished paying, went to my car, to find out that I left my car keys inside!!!!!.
I went back to Trinity and explained to her my situation. Guess what...she used her personal phone to get AAA for help. If that is not great customer service, then nothing is. Vanessa on checkstand 4 asked me if I would like a chair to sit!!!!!. I mean I was overwhelmed by kindness from the whole crew in the front, all the cashiers next to Trinity who was on 6, not to forget the girls they were bagging as well. Unbelievable, seriously Unbelievably kindness. Trinity, my Blessing angel cashier, offered me drinking water.
In all and all, instead of being stressed from my situation, Trinity's kindness and compassion put me at ease.
I understand now why I always ended up with her!!! God knew she is going to assist me in this situation.

Thank you so very much Trinity, I am really grateful 🙏 and God bless. Now a day it's difficult to find carrying people like you. . Please don't change.

This store is my new local grocery store. You never notice how expensive another store is until you take a left instead of a right down valley view. Haha, the store is always organized, I've yet to go shopping and come across any type of mess here. The employees are beyond helpful if your ever looking for something specific. Even if they don't have it on the shelf, they'll go check in the back stock for you. And they don't drag their feet doing it. Prices you can't beat, it's a no brainer shopping here.
