Grace was fantastic throughout my process of moving into my unit. We did it all through text message and she made it so easy! This was the easiest transition I’ve ever had moving into somewhere! I highly recommend Grace and her team!

My name is Stevee and I had a wonderful, pleasant experience working with Grace. She was so helpful with the process and updates along the way . I had never worked with a property management company before and thanks to her I definitely will do it again. Maintenance was quick at resolving any issues if any, that may have come up .Communication is excellent with the entire property management team and I recommend anyone to check out their properties as they are nice, clean , pet friendly and affordably priced.

Known these people for years yes I have had a few minor things needed to be fixed, but that’s what living is, always treated me well and kind! Respect their property like it is your own and you will have zero issue I know that for a fact that’s what most renters don’t understand. It’s like asking someone to borrow their car when it’s on empty and you bring it back with no gas. Life isn’t a hand out you get what you give! Alright post moving out there were things I should of fix or changed but they took care of everything and I was just charged for cleaning like I said before if you take care of them they take care of you ! Thanks guys you are awesome
