Dr. Upshaw has always been professional and helpful in our couple's sessions. I highly recommend her. Yes, the bill comes after a couple months (insurance is part of this), but that is minor compared to the wonderful therapy she provides.

UPDATE: ROXANNE UPSHAW DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO NOTIFY PATIENTS OF APPOINTMENTS, DOES NOT KEEP ACCURATE RECORD OF APPOINTMENTS, and BILLS YOU MONTHS AND MONTHS AFTER YOU CANCEL HER SERVICES.
THIS WOMAN SHOULD LOSE HER LICENSE. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH INCOMPETENCE FROM A THERAPIST.
Roxanne Upshaw is not a reliable therapist. She canceled two of my appointments after I had rescheduled mine, then she told me that my appointment was at 11 win if anything it was at 12 so I didn’t even get my therapy appointment and I’m getting charged for not showing up because I didn’t know what time it was because no one updated me. Terrible service terrible therapist
