What can I say about the Brick? It is the quintessential, old school saloon - it has everything one could wish for and in a classic setting!

Great atmosphere, food is excellent, drinks menu amazing and everything to the best quality. Pool tables and sports on TV if you want it, comfortable place for drinks and/or food (including a quieter, set-off restaurant area), and a great view from the front over the town's main streets. Fancy live music? There's that too, on the weekends!

The staff are friendly, super efficient, and all around brilliant! Special shout out to Scotty, Franny, and Matty in particular - we frequented the establishment for a few days in a row and they were just fantastic! Made our stay in town truly pleasant and memorable.

We had a great time. The place was great, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly but a little slow. But that is to be expected in the dinner hour.

I had dinner break at Roslyn at The Brick Saloon and it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was lit and service here is fantastic. We were confused about which drinks to try so the waiter gave us some sample draft beer. To my wow "Mac and Jack Africa Amber Ale" was really a discovery.

The food here is above average but not what I would call amazing. I ordered a Cicely Chicken Sandwich with an onion ring as a side. Both were very average. My friend had Black Bean Burger with waffle fries. The burger was very good, but the fries were oily. But given such a small town, this place really shines.

Cool little old pub in Roslyn, oldest still running saloon on the west coast apparently. Couple of pool tables. Good food. The brisket sandwich was great. Employees were all very nice and service was good. The atmosphere was great. Feels there's been a lot of good times in that bar. Lots of good vibes! Go check it out.

We spent several hours in The Brick while watching UW and The Kraken. Long enough to have 2 meals! Jamie was our server/bartender/all-around awesome human and she was fabulous. Hats off, Brick. You made us feel right at home and we appreciate it.

Place was packed and a bit hectic when we arrived but the staff was still pleasant and helpful. Our waiter Scotty was great! He communicated clearly and often while trading the right amount of teasing banter. Food was wonderful as always, with a tasty Cuban and a couple summer salads being the superstars.

Very cool place. We went in, not knowing what to expect. We enjoyed ourselves and found out that this is the oldest saloon in the state. They accommodated group 8 easily.

Great place to eat. Love the atmosphere and especially the wood stove. The fact that it is the restaurant from Northern Exposer makes it even better

Best spot in town! The blue onion burger was delicious! Had a bite of my friends buffalo chicken strips - also excellent. Love the homemade chips. All of their food looked delicious tbh. Decent beer selection. Spittoon race is epic!

The quality of the food and the service here was phenomenal! Whatever they put in that soup made it the best soup I’ve ever had in a restaurant anywhere I’ve ever traveled in the world. Thank you for an amazing dining experience and I can assure you that next time we come through Washington we will plan our trip around stopping here again. Thank you from Idaho.

Just passing through and took the detour off i90. Worth it after being stuck in traffic. Nice little town, great people, atmosphere, food and drinks.

Very nice place, a friendly environment. The only complaint was the service, it was a bit slow but not bad compared to other places. It definitely has that old-time feeling being here thinking about all the souls that have passed through here and Jus the experience of being at a famous saloon.

We absolutely love this place. I don’t know how many times we’ve been in there since we bought our vacation home, but it’s A LOT. We almost always stop in for dinner on our way into town, and I really can’t recommend it enough.

It’s a super cool spot. Great historic building with all kinds of history, located smack dab in the middle of town.

They have good food and great drinks, and expanded their menu a few years back to include vegetarian and other healthy options in addition to the traditional bar fare.

But the kindness of the staff is what keeps us coming back. We just love those guys. We have a severely autistic son who was really difficult when we first started going in there. Loud/ busy places were hard when he was younger (as was keeping pants on him, which he once tried to strip off on the middle of dinner, but I digress). The staff has been amazing since day 1. Always so kind and accommodating. Now, of course, they know us, and we know them. Going in there always feels like coming home. Thanks, guys. :)

The food was amazing! Aside from a phallic logo with rainbow base (it's a shovel... Roslyn is a historic mining town)... the environment is chill. Best onion rings I've EVER had! We got the dip and brisket... I'm drooling just remembering them. We will be back. I can't wait! Rosemary shoestring fries... yummm!

We came here based on previous reviews (particularly the ones that mentioned that this place was freedom loving). Loved seeing the faces of the waitstaff and patrons! Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We brought our kids and had a great time.

Everything was on point!! Food was fabulous!! I recommend the BBQ Brisket Burger, as my first choice. And the Fire Burger as my second choice. Onion rings hand dipped, and French fries were obviously fresh cut and seasoned perfectly. Best burgers I've had in a long time!! Be sure to try the coconut margarita. 🍹
