Roslyn Mexican Grill

Lovely place, authentic Mexican food. Good menu choices, and I highly commend the margaritas - they are generously sized and absolutely delicious!

One point to note on the vegetarian menu offerings - several of the dishes use chicken stock in the preparation, which (of course) makes them not actually vegetarian. We did bring this to the staffs' attention so hopefully this will be clarified on the menu. Staff very open , helpful, and professional - discuss with them your dietary requirements and they are incredibly accommodating.

The best service I have ever received!!!

Our waitress Pie was the sweetest. She got us seated as soon as we walked in and explained to us about the exclusive vegetarian options they have. Pie also recommended the things to do in the area.

The house salsa was spicy and I loved it. We ordered custom veggie quesadillas, veggie tostadas, and chicken enchiladas with cocktails. All of them tasted good. I recommend this place.

Soooo good, tasty fresh made from scratch authentic Mexican food! House made salsa is amazing! The atmosphere is a very friendly and relaxing . Our server (Carly) was attentive and very nice. She gave excellent suggestions and always made sure everything was taken care of.

I would post a picture, but when our food arrived all we could think about was the impending FEAST! They serve INCREDIBLE food. All freshly made in-house. The Adobada Nachos are absolutely amazing, as is their unique take on green enchiladas. Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. Megan our server was awesome!

This is crazy but the salsa is so good we're thinking of relocating so we can order it all the time! The salsa was the best salsa me and my husband have ever had! WOW was the food amazing. We stopped in here for lunch a few weeks ago after hiking. The menu had so many great dishes and even the drinks were made from scratch and delicious. I ordered the pork belly and the marg. I live in Florida and just letting you know I will be contacting the owner to see what we can do about getting that salsa shipped! If you live in the area you have to go over, the food is out of this world!

Parking is a pain in the you know what if you go here Thursday - Sunday. So much so that you pretty much have to skip this great restaurant on the weekends. :(

I love their salsa and chips but beware: the salsa has a kick. :)

We needed a place with Vegan Options. They had several. The service was excellent. There was inside and outside service. Everyone was wearing masks. There was no wait, even on Mother’s Day. Only 14 min from the freeway.

Absofreakinlutely delicious!!! Chicken a la plancha, birria stuffed Anaheim peppers and shrimp cheviche. It was all really good! To make the experience better, our server, Megan took great care of us! What a gem in Roslyn!!

What a gem of a find! Roslyn was a pit stop for us in our way back to Seattle and so glad we stopped here for lunch! The house salsa was the bomb!! Entrées portion size was great, loved the smooth texture of the beans. Service was great wasn’t too crowded when we were there. Will definitely be coming back when ever we are in the area!

The place is really nice on the inside and the food was absolutely amazing. The carne asade and the chicken quesadilla were both very unique. The prices were the same as any other place, they surprisingly DON’T have jacked up tourist prices. The staff were very attentive and very friendly. Thank you!

Great food! Worth making a stop in Roslyn for. Try the octopus, the chili relleno is pretty amazing too!

Fantastic food! This gem is hidden away in a small town and I'm amazed it was here. Good service and some of the best Latin/amerindian food I've had in a long time. No wait and was given a booth even though it was just me dining. Server was very nice and gave recommendations, a little slow on my drink but it got busy shortly after I arrived, though no one had to wait while I was there. Would go back.

Food was amazing! Customer service was a little slow but they were super busy. Very accommodating for the kids and their orders. Took leftovers to go and was just as good as the day we ordered the food. Beers were good but wish we had tried the margaritas.

The Pollo Adobo was amazing! Something I have never had before at any restaurant I have ever tried. If you are around this place check it out. On a side note the service is pretty terrible. But totally worth the food.

What a fab lil place, the grilled octopus was incredible and the tacos de Birria was so delicious…! You must stop in and enjoy.

Wow! This was a gem! Everything was so delicious, we had the chicken enchiladas and asada tacos. So fresh and real! We are so glad we found this place. We came here after reading good reviews and it did not disappoint. Chips and salsa were superb, the tortillas, chips and salsa were made in house and were excellent. Reasonably priced compared to everywhere else. Will for sure come back and tell all my friends about it. Service was also great! Thank you

Really good food but can be very busy. Get reservations! Trust me on this one. Update...have been back again and again and the food is always great no matter what you order.

This place is a hidden gem in an unassuming location. We have yet to be disappointed after 4 visits. They have daily special with flavors of margaritas such as pineapple and mandarin with muddled bits of fruit- absolutely delicious. The food is fresh and vibrant with subtle spins on classics such as authentic chile relleno that pops when you cut into it with a generous amount of melted cheese drooling out, well seasoned carne asada and camarones al mojo de ajo that has a tasteful amount of heat without overdoing it. The prices are in line with your average Mexican restaurant but the offerings are above average and the service seems genuinely happy you chose to give them your business.
