I cannot overstate how beautiful this place is!! Our family came to sled in the back and they were very accommodating to our group. The staff is very friendly, and the food delicious, for adults and the children in our group. The hot chocolate is delicious! The pulled pork sandwich and the truffle Mac n cheese is delicious. The Flatbreads were a decent size and shareable. The chicken strip were the perfect crispiness according to the adults in the group. We got to sit by an open fire and dry our coats while watching a football game. Food is delicious, staff so very kind and friendly. They were happy to tell us where the best sledding is and make us hot cocoas. Thank you Swiftwater Cellars for giving us such a great experience!

People aren’t lying when they say this place has the best food in the whole area.

We loved it here! Came for wine tasting and lunch and then back for dinner.

The staff is sweet and attentive and the wine pours are generous so you get what you pay for.

The flat breads are delicious ( Brie and raspberry)
SWC salad was delicious and super refreshing. The chicken was grilled so nice.

For dinner we had Gnocchi and and flatbread and again sooooooo delicious and flavourful. Dessert doesn’t disappoint either!

Overall a very good experience. It is a little bit loud in the main dining area but that didn't bother us. There is a choice of outside seating with a beautiful view. Flat bread was one of the best I've had. Wagyu beef brisket was amazing. My wife had salmon which was an off the menu special. It was very well prepared. Our server, after taking our order, was nowhere to be found. It wasn't a problem because other servers were more than happy to bring us what we needed.

What a neat place! The vibes are immaculate, especially with the holiday decorations. We tried the Seasonal and No. 9 flights and loved every variety. The charcuterie was pretty good for the price but the summer sausage felt like a low-value filler. The mushroom and lentil soup was so good as well!! A beautiful winter experience. The staff were all super friendly and the building and bathrooms were very clean. Love that they are dog friendly too! Will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area and will definitely be recommending this spot to my friends and family!

Our waiter told us that they recently added the Chicken Piccata to their menu, and boy am I glad that they did. This was hands down one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had. The chicken was perfectly breaded and the sauce that covered the chicken and potatoes still has my mouth watering.

The group I was with also got a plethora of appetizers, desserts, and drinks which were all outstanding. I personally had the Manhattan which was my favorite (of many) while in Washington for a few days. Can't wait to return some day!

We absolutely loved the Swiftwater. Hoist restaurant was beautifully decorated. Wonderful ambiance and service. The food, oh the food. The best meal, without a shadow of a doubt, we’ve had in literal years. The servers are all knowledge and friendly. The managers work well together and watching the rhythm of their food line workers was really fun. 10/10 all around. Can’t wait to come back and try their flavors in a different season!

Great service, very friendly staff. The food was amazing and the cocktail was so good. I tried the jalapeño pineapple margarita and it was so so good. Never had such a good cocktail before. The ambience is perfect for a date night or any celebration. My husband and I went there for our anniversary dinner and we absolutely loved it. I would definitely want to go there in summer again.

Great wine and delicious food! Great lounge seating near the massive fireplace! The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. The Mac and cheese is to die for.. it also helps that the views are amazing! Simply a great time and so relaxing, can't wait to go back.

Awesome cellar and weekend getaway! We came for New Years, stayed close by so we could walk and it was perfect!! Wine is great, food was tasty!

Beautiful location surrounded by pure nature and peace. Forever views of the forest, good course and mountains. Clean and crisp air. Outside seating. Awesome soup and facility. We did not have lunch but from what we saw being surved it looked delicious. Restaurant was busy and so was the lounge area. The wine and service were excellent. We had a girls weekend and went to wine taste. Really neat experience and we will be back. #Clydeafornia

Perfect from beginning to end. The walk from the car is lovely with mining history. The building is just gorgeous. Views are beautiful. Service was fantastic…drinks and food were the star of the show. What a great experience…I’ll be back!

An outstanding, serene location, great food and excellent service await you at Swiftwater. Right on the Golf Course in Suncadia we saw lots of golfers taking advantage of a quick bite or lunch to go. We aren't golfers but we thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious surroundings and peaceful covered back deck with sweeping views of the vallley below. Food was excellent (big salad and a flatbread pizza) and we tried a flight of wine which then lead to us buying several bottles the offerings were so good. HIGHLY recommended all around. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

A great place to have fun with friends or spend a romantic weekend together. Beautiful view, good menu, wine. If you stay in Suncadia and take a dip at sunset in the outdoor pool, then this will be the best weekend!

What a spot! Situated just above the golf course with stunning valley views. This winery wows you with their food and their views.

We got a bunch of food and wine at the table. My friends got a burger and flatbread veggie pizza and I got the tenderloin medallions and Brussels sprouts.

The wine and whiskey flights did a great job of walking you through your drink and giving you a peak at the wines without committing to a single glass.

The pizza was fantastic, not too oily or limp with great flavor. The burger was huge and offered a fancy feel to a classic burger. The medallions were heavy! They came in a Gorgonzola creamy sauce with bread and the flavor was deeply rich. They were good, but be warned they could be a meal themselves if you aren’t starving. The Brussels sprouts were also very good, coming with bacon and a balsamic glaze. I highly recommend stopping by this place while visiting the area.

First time here and it did not disappoint! The service and food was AMAZING! My friend had a wine flight and I had the Gin &Roses along with the ricotta/honey cheese bread! She got the pork belly skillet which was fabulous!

Food, drinks and service were excellent. They also have a decent selection of vegetarian options. You will not be disappointed. Best of all we're the views!

We had a girl's day at the winery and it was amazing! Wine selection was great and so were the appetizers we ordered. I'll definitely be coming back!

Really good food, fun atmosphere for a family or a couple on a night out. Live music to sit and listen to while you cozy up to the giant fireplace after dinner. Just a great place to hang out and enjoy good friends, good food, good drinks, and excellent service.

Really fantastic meals in the shadow of the Suncadia property. Do yourself a favor and avoid any “property” dining venue on Suncadia and eat here!! You won’t be disappointed.

Always a must-have experience when we're staying at Suncadia. I recommend a wine flight tasting of reds before settling in for an excellent dinner at the Hoist House restaurant within the winery. Watch out - sometimes the owner is in and feeling talkative! He may even take you on an impromptu tour of the facilities (speaking from the fond memory of experience)...
