Great service from the drive through staff! The Associates were happy, polite and got the order right. I ordered the southwest chicken salad and it was just right. They had a long line and got us out of there in about 10 minutes

Food was great. Best experience I have had at Jack n box in a long time. 👍👍 Previously was shut down I believe now a lot better.

We are from Northern Illinois where there are not Jack in the Boxes and came down to St Louis for something a decided to try and give Jack in the Box a try. Not only was the food great, but the service was no joke one of the best I think we ever had at any fast food restaurant. It was quite late at night and our person at the window Macy was spectacular!! She was so kind and even gave us 6 free tacos. She definitely made our day!

Idk who was working today but the gentleman who took my order had AMAZING customer service, best I've had in st louis in a long long long time.

Better when guy named Alex is working grill. Polite service with a smile!

Tish was VERY friendly and extremely patient with my undecisive youngster that has changed his decision A few times.
But not just the amazing work that Tish did but the whole team is working well together. Friendly, helpful, upbeat and positive attitude!!! We will be back as long as Tish and her team is there. It really makes a HUGE difference. I hope the corporate office sees this and I hope Tish gets a promotion, she deserves it.

The lines can be super slow but service is great. They got our order very wrong but fixed it fast and then some.

Everything was good. Workers friendly and as well seemed to be enjoying themselves interacting with one another.

Ordered drive thru. The wait was a lil long but that’s not really an issue to me, I understand places are a bit understaffed sometimes. Kind workers and bomb food. Definitely worth the wait. I recommend the loaded tiny tacos, those things slap!!

I want to start off by saying that we had stopped going to Jack in the Box in general because over the years the quality hit an all time low. It wasn't good food "sometimes". It seemed like the company was getting ready to shut down. Last night/morning, around 2:00am on January the 6th 2023, my wife and I went to this location to get food. The wait was about 20 minutes in the drive-thru (we were told, "due to a lot mobile order pick-ups") but it moved surprisingly fast for the amount of cars in line. The woman working the window was very friendly, apologized for the wait, explained the situation, and just over all pleasant! The entire staff there was working hard and actually seemed happy and talkative with one another! Actually communicating! The result was some of the best, quality food that we have had in a long time! The reason I chose to write the review was due to one part of this experience. At one point I heard the woman that was taking orders and working the window say to the staff, "I love working with you guys, this is a great group to work with!" That restored my wife and I's faith in this company and will we contacting a corporate office to express our satisfaction with this team and they should display they're work ethic and attitude as an example of what the entire company should strive to be. If this one experience is a sign of the company turning around and changing the bad habits that have been plaguing them for a long time, we will once again make Jack in the Box part of our fast food night rotation!

Man I came there about a week ago at like 9:00 at night with my girl . We had walked up there since the house isn't too far and my car got messed up from somebody but we walked up there pretty late wasn't sure if they'd be opened on the inside since everywhere is closing their lobbies early but anyway I had a great time because they even gave me extra food and sweets because it took a little longer and I didn't complain and they just said here man you want some extra stuff but it was this older gentleman that really blessed me and my girl maybe it was her good looks but they took care of us that's what we need more in the community

Given the state of the food service industry I have to say this has been a pleasant experience the last couple of weeks. Despite it being after 9:00 p.m. and the shortage of workers and the abundance of customers I order was made correctly, which I almost always get something specific, it is hot not to mention the fact that the drive-thru lady was very pleasant. Thrilled that there's a Jack in The box still open between work and home. Can't praise your staff enough as a person who has been in the food service industry for 25 years!

Got the ultimate cheese burger. Only meat and cheese. It was hot, meaty, and cheesey. It was delish.
Mama bear had the breakfast jack. Hot and good.

As our first experience with Jack in the Box, we were impressed. The food was great for fast food and the customer service was fantastic! Wish we had a restaurant in our area.

I ordered hash browns extra crispy. Not only were they not extra crispy, they were soggy with grease, and the inside was STILL COLD. And the Supreme Crescent I got must have gone through a broiler to make the bread so hard I had trouble biting it, but the cheese wasn't even melted. Something different has to be done.

Exceptional service. Great Management and team. Food is fresh and came out out fast.

The middle-aged Indian woman that was working the drive thru - BAR NONE - provided the friendliest and most helpful service I have ever received at any restaurant drive thru!!

Although the drive thru was packed and the line of cars moved very slow for 1:30 am, she was great! She was patient, spoke to me like I was a valued customer, and treated me like I was one, too!

All of our food was actually in the bags we received and I didn't have to call after I got home to complain about not being able to feed one of my family members, so that was also a huge bonus!!

I was very happy that the 'Mexican' fast food restaurant right down the street rudely closed early and wouldn't take any orders, because I would have missed out on this lovely woman's service with a smile!

Oh yeah, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! We used the mobile app for our order and everything went pretty smoothly with that too.
