This branch offers amazing customer services. My banker Ruihua is amazing. She always treat clients like VIP. The new Manager Grace Zhou is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff go extra miles to help me for loan, and banking needs. I bought houses because of the loan the offered.

The 5 stars is to Grace Cheung and her branch for assisting a urgent matter. They went above and beyond what my branch would do for me. Her branch is one of the few positive things I can say for this company. I can't say the same thing for others who have brought only a negative experience and inconvenience.

I’ll give negative score if it’s allowed. So ridiculous slow…I just deposited $1 and updated address, but it took me about 30 mins. They need different person to approve the transactions and also deal with another client after me at same time.
