Frog Hollow Storage

I already have one space at Frog Hollow and the transaction was super easy. The customer service on the front end was exceptional, however, I didn’t leave a review at that time because my experience was new and while pleasant, didn’t warrant a super positive review because of the limited time of my experience. Since then, I have acquired two additional spots and can now confirm that my experience has been exceptional, on all three occasions. Terrific service for a company that is trying to do all things online, which helps to keep the cost to the customer as low as possible, but the balance between efficiency and exceptional customer service is extremely hard to pull off. I applaud Frog Hollow as they have figured out the balance of both. My sincere admiration and gratitude to Frog Hollow

Hey y’all- I’ve been a satisfied user of Frog Hollow Storage for 6 plus months. Neat and tidy and well-maintained. I feel safe and secure on the premises. The storage container is clean- smells good and the overall vibe of the place is professional and competent. I love how convenient and accessible it is. I can be in and out super quick. My storage unit at Frog Hollow has given me a big boost as I declutter.

We have been using Frog Hollow Storage for about 6 months now and could not be happier with our experience! We rented a 20’ storage container and were so impressed with its cleanliness when we moved in. In fact, the entire business’ lot is always so clean and tidy. We never have to worry about our things because they have such a secure and safe lot set up! You can’t go wrong with Frog Hollow Storage!!

Getting my space set up online was super easy. we needed another space unexpectedly & at short notice and Mr. Campbell helped us get a spot secured with the timeframe we need. super friendly, helpful and easy. the yard is clean, organized and secure. we will definitely be recommending to friends & family.

I have rented many storage units through the years and I am actually renting 3 from Frog Hollow at this time while my home is in its last months of construction. I have never rented any units as clean, easy to rent, easy to access, and run as professionally as Frog Hollow.
