These guys were really great to work with! Very knowledgeable, pricing was great and fast service!

We needed more window blinds so we called them back. This time we got motorized blinds and they are really cool!!
Great service.
We will use them again next time we need blinds.

Professional & easy to work with. From start to finish they helped us find the right product for our project. We could not be happier with the quality & price of our blinds. We plan to use Infiniti Window coverings again for our future projects!

Had a great experience with Infiniti Window Coverings! They were proficient and seem to be true professionals. The owner called me back personally (while he was on vacation visiting his daughter I may add!) to address my concern. Would highly recommend.

Infiniti Window Coverings had a great selection and fair prices. Install on new window coverings at my mother-in-laws home went flawless. She is enjoying them daily. Thanks again

Our sales Terralynn and the installers were great. Terralynn was so detailed, followed up with us every step, and came in during installation. One item is missing from the supplier and Terralynn followed up all the way.

Through Costco, we were assign Infiniti and we were a bit concern with the rating in Google but were impressed with Terralynn’s consultation and decided to go Infiniti

When I purchased my new construction home, it didn't come with blinds. I could have had them installed by the builders for an obscene cost. So I started shopping around and came across Infiniti Window Coverings. I'm so happy I did. The women in the salesroom/showroom were knowledgeable, and so very friendly in helping me pick out the perfect blinds for my new home. I needed vertical ones for the sliding glass door and about a dozen different sized horizontal ones for the rest of my house. They set up a date and time to have my windows measured properly and the guy was actually on time! Nobody is ever on time, so thank you again for that. They ordered the blinds. I received a call maybe 10 days later saying they had them and wanted to know a time that worked best for me to have them installed. I've worked with a lot of vendors ans contractors and they usually want to do things on THEIR schedule. Not Infiniti, they were very accommodating to my scheduling needs, and my budget too. The install date arrived and the techs showed up on time. They were friendly, and professional, and even offered to wear protective covers on their shoes/boots so not to track anything onto my hardwood or carpets. I don't recall how long it took them to install all the blinds in my 4 bedroom home, but it was less than what I was quoted. My blinds look great! I haven't had any problems with the product or the installation of them. If I ever need to buy blinds or any sort of window covering in the future I will be going to Infiniti. My entire experience with them from start to finish was pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to friends and family and even a stranger in the grocery store.

We have a new Sunsetter awning installed on our roof by infinity Window coverings and the whole process went smoothly even though it is tough for freight companies to deliver on time. Great team installed and followed up with us. Live the shade!

Infiniti Window Blinds provided us with excellent service 4 yeas ago for blinds throughout our home. A blind quit operating properly, and Infiniti came through with excellent support on the manufacturer warranty, and the repair.

We purchased blinds from Infiniti Window Coverings through Costco. Our initial consultant was really helpful, and helped us work through selecting the right blinds. They were really helpful and patient. The blinds that arrived were installed nicely and with care, and the blinds all work very well. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that came up that have clouded an otherwise positive experience: there was one blind that has a mismatched color with the other blinds in the room, which we are still trying to get the company to replace. Despite many emails and calls, they still haven't fixed it. Also, there is a small skylight blind that we ordered and which has taken many months to get the company to measure the space and then have it installed. Then when the installer arrived, they found that the blind parts were not cut to the right length and could not be installed. The installer said the company would call me in a few days to re-schedule a time when the corrected parts could be installed. There was no phone call. A week later (today), I called the company, and they scheduled me in a week from today. Despite many apologies from this company regarding the delays and mistakes, I would only recommend this company if you have a straight ahead project (e.g. no skylights to cover), and if you have time to follow up with them to keep your project on their radar. That said, I would still recommend this company, with serious caveats.

Let me start by saying my blinds look great! I did have some challenges when it came to scheduling my initial appointment but they were minor so I will not mention details here. My real concern is when it came to the installation, the guy who installed my blinds reeked of cigarette or cigar smell which was rather unpleasant. My real issue was however that he had installed the blinds incorrectly at first, and I had to ask him to make adjustments. As a result I now have holes/damaged window seals. I addressed this with management but they did not make any adjustments to my final payment which was disappointing since I have to buy paint and try to correct the mistake.
I will not be using this company in the future and would not recommend them. 2 blinds, 2 damaged window seams and $600 later....

Brad, Rosie and Jocelyn are the absolute worst. I had the most awful experience with this company and these people, I only used them because of Costco.

Backstory: we ordered some blinds through Costco and that's where Infiniti came into play as they’re the company we got assigned to. From the beginning the entire experience was extremely unprofessional and multiple frustrating things happened from the minute we signed the contract. When the contract was sent to me to sign I assumed my address was auto filled in correctly and just assumed I can zip through it quickly (I’m 7 months pregnant and pregnancy brain is a real thing) and later on realized the address Jocelyn input into the contract was a completely wrong house (she has been to my house already for the measurements so I don’t know why she input the wrong address when she has already been to my home)like she didn’t bother to even fix it or review it and yes I could have seen that error but again, I just trusted the company and my brain these days is just blah. Anywho, a few days before insulation I get a call from Rosie confirming installation address and I’m like what? Whose house is that? Definitely not mine, anyways she pretty much blames me for the mistake and was just downright rude and insensitive the entire convo. Like how about your employee inputs the correct address from the first place since she’s already been to my house and has my address in email. Well eventually it was corrected but again she just made me feel like an idiot and didn’t take accountability for her teams lack of attention to detail.

Installation day: long anticipated day (5 weeks)… my husband and I don’t work from home so he had to take the day of to let the installation guy in.. the installer is kind and quick and I happy to rush home for my lunch break just in time as he was driving away I noticed the blinds were wrong, we paid for top and bottom blinds (where you can push them down from the top and up from the bottom) which costs more money and only one blind has it and the others didn’t (see photos) ????? I quickly catch this and chase the installer down as he’s driving off waving him down saying “sir please come back” (I’m super pregnant and this probably wasn’t safe for me to do as my doctor told me no running allowed as this could harm the baby and I have footage of this on my cameras) also keep in mind my poor husband doesn’t know what I ordered he’s just there to open the door so it’s not like he would have known to catch this. Anyways. Installer politely comes back and realizes I’m right and looks at our receipt and what we paid for and realizes we waited 6 or so weeks for the wrong blinds. I was so disappointed..

Anyways, I contact Jocelyn and Rosie via email sharing my experience and disappointment and nobody calls me or replies to my email or answer my calls. I had to call the company to get through to Rosie and she was soooo rude the first thing she said to me when she answered the call was “you need to contact brad for any order concerns” she was soo rude and dry and insensitive. Zero emotion or sympathy, it was so disgusting and sad! Anyways I demanded to continue to share my experience with her and when I explained everything she finally told me she’ll contact brad and get this sorted out. That entire convo with Rosie was extremely disappointing and condescending.

Brad calls me later that evening somewhat apologetic but quickly becomes rude and condescending as I told him I’m pregnant and don’t need this added stress he replied “just calm down and enjoy ur pregnancy” I was so disgusted, who speaks to a women that way? Anyways he said he will “make it right” and I got a follow up call saying all he can do is get me the right blinds (that I already paid for lol).

All in all this company is unprofessional and lacks customer support. I already shared my experience with Costco in hopes they’ll stop using them. Costco will now handle my order for me since I want no further communication with Infiniti window as I don’t feel comfortable speaking to any of them.

Costco members: be sure to read all the reviews on this company. I wish I did! I have never written a negative reivew before this. I dealt with multiple issues, as other reviewers have shared but my greatest frustration was that I was told that a roman shade would cover a window by "no more than 6" but it actaully covers 10" or 1/3 of the total window--a very poor design recommendation. The product was delayed by 3 months. I had to take multiple days off for installation because they didn't have the product or the product was defective x 3. The designer no-showed our first appoitnment and I had to go back with her multipe times to correct the final order. I was offered "a deep discount" by the owner to pay >$700 to fix the problem, then that offer reduced to >$400 when Costco intervened to try to close out the order. I finally told both Costo and Infiniti nevermind, I'd rather have nothing on the window than have 1/3 of the window permanently blocked or pay more (as now I am out 1,1000 for a shade that won't work). Lastly, don't expect Costco to back you as the customer, they don't care about poor design recommendations or poor customer service, just that the order was filled as specified by the vendor.

An awful and unethical business. Unfortunately, they were the blinds vendor that Costco used so if you order blinds through Costco, you’ll end up with them.

It took six (yes 6!!) visits for them to install and fix issues with my blinds order. For some issues, the windows were measured incorrectly, some blinds were made backwards multiple times in a row, and for others the blinds were just lost in their warehouse. End to end, the process took 6 months from when I prepaid $8800 for my order to when I got the blinds that I ordered correctly installed.
