I am very satisfied with the tile work done by JAM Roofing and Construction. The initial representative, Dan, gave an honest report and estimate, and communicated extremely well. The job took much longer than expected, yet it was completed for the original price quote. Once the work was done, he came and inspected, creating a short punch list of little fixes that need to be carried out.

The work done was not inexpensive, but it is of good quality and I feel sure it will be a once in my lifetime job.

JAM is a very professional and competent roofing contractor. Although they excel in commercial work, I used them for residential on a historic house in Ashland. I had an unusual experience where bird feces damaged a portion of a roof after only 6 years, which had to b e redone. Unfortunately shingle warranties don't cover bird feces! JAM quoted me a reasonable price and handled the situation very professionally. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

Working with this company has been 100% impressive. From the first day of the estimate to the last day of payment, I enjoyed every interaction! The men who installed it were so nice and professional, I actually loved hearing them banging around all day! My new metal roof is gorgeous and I even have a few new friends!

Zach sold me at the first sit down. I felt very good about this first impression of the company. Haley continued that confidence with her communications with me, both in person and by phone. The guys were great at the house. Answered every question I had, and there were many daily. Jim led the crew with great care for us and our property through crazy weather. I never doubted that we were in very capable hands throughout this job. Roofing your home is an expensive and daunting experience. JAM made it easy and fun!

Jam Roofing is easily one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They were upfront, honest and extremely transparent about costs and estimated completion time. Haley, the project manager, was one of the easiest people to communicate with and David's "down to brass tacks" attitude sold me right from the get-go. It only took them 3-4 days to finish the roof from tear off to finishing touches, and most of that was due to the weather turning south. And to top it all off, when of our fascia boards got split during the job, they sent out a crew the next day to repair it. If you're looking for a company to do any sort of roofing, repairs or gutters, Jam Roofing is who you need to go to!

This is our second experience with Jam Roofing. They replaced a membrane roof and yesterday they repaired shoddy shingle work done by another Contractor. They are professional, do a great job and are reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Jam roofing did a fantastic job. They removed the old roof and installed the new roof, and it only took 3 1/2 days start to finish. The whole crew was professional and caring. Each day they cleaned up afterwards as if it were their own yard. The finished product is a thing of beauty and it will keep me off the roof the remainder of my life. Quality workmanship and product. Jam Roofing did a great job overall. The roof looks good. They finished on schedule, and called regularly to update their progress, since we were out of town during the job. The cleanup afterwards was spotless. I have no complaints at all.

Highly recommend JAM. We had 4 residential structures in need of reroofing so we wanted to go with a well established company. We got 4 different quotes. They are not the lowest price but very competitive with some of the bigger roofing companies. The office staff were a pleasure to work with and promptly answered any questions. Our estimator was pleasant, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. We never felt we were being strung along and paying for more than we were looking for. On the day of the service the crew showed up on time did a great job in both the installation and cleanup. I was surprised they were able to compete all 4 structures in one day. Very happy with the whole experience!

Everything about my interaction with the professionals at JAM Roofing was a positive, pleasant experience. Haley (office), Edgar (estimator), and Richard (installer) are all very responsive, capable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The work was done exactly as required, within the estimated price, and accomplished ahead of schedule. (We had a short deadline to work with and JAM accommodate us completely!) Richard worked quickly and efficiently in the attic and on the rooftop in very hot conditions. Quite impressive! I will highly recommend JAM Roofing without reservation to anyone with roofing needs!

I highly recommend Jam roofing. I used them to install gutter guards all around my house and to help with the repair of a roof mounted blower motor. They will be the first company I call when it's time to replace the roof or if it needs repair. The quality of their work and professionalism were exceptional at every step in the process. David and Haley were amazingly responsive, helpful and informative in establishing and managing the work. Jimmy and Zach were among the best workers I have had at my home. They are capable, courteous and punctual. They easily solved every technical challenge and left the job site cleaner then when they started. We are fortunate to have a roofing company of this high caliber in our valley.

I received several bids to have a new roof installed on my house and JAM Roofing was not the cheapest but I decided to choose them based on reviews I read and the professionalism of the sales rep Zach. They completed the job in a very timely manner, cleaned up everyday and my roof looks great. The whole process went very smooth from the beginning with great communication of the project coordinator Haley. In all I am very pleased that I chose JAM Roofing.

JAM has been great to work with.
Not only did they give me a competitive bid (I got 6 bids from 4 companies), they were easy and available to communicate with and I always felt I was getting honest, thorough answers to my questions and concerns.
JAM found a break in the late winter weather and got my roof finished much sooner than expected and it only took 2 days with their professional, hard working crew, resulting in much less disruption to my life than I had anticipated.

I was very pleased with Jam roofing’s professionalism and quality of work performed. Their bid was in line with other bids we received and from the start they were knowledgeable and answered all questions with courtesy and expertise. Our old roof required more work to remove than expected and Jam was able to send out an extra crew to take it off in a timely manner. Dan and Richard, the two crew supervisor’s, were excellent to work with and all members of the crew were pleasant and hard working while seeming to have a good time doing their job.
As a bonus they even listened to classic rock while working!

Jam Roofing did an amazing job! … from set up to finish, very professional, courteous and clean. I personally was difficult and was handled graciously and respectfully, the crew continued with principled integrity, Richard and TJ did a beautiful job inside our home carefully protecting furniture and flooring, respecting boundaries, we love the solar tube placement recommended by them! We were in dire need of a new roof after damage to our very old roof from a hail storm and we were in somewhat of a hurry as winter and bad weather were rapidly approaching. We had a 50 year old tile roof that was laid directly over frame with no moisture barrier and nothing between the tiles and the attic. It was going to be quite a project to remove the old roof and completely sheet and water barrier the house before putting on the new roofing.

Our first contact, Zach, was great! He recognized the issue needed addressed asap and was able to get the crew to wiggle us in before the bad weather came.

The crew was here about a week later and got to work. They were quick, worked hard, and had the project complete in no time.

Working with project coordinator, Hailey, has also been a breeze. She’s kind and communicative and it’s been a pleasure doing business with her!

Overall, the new roof looks great and is keeping us dry this winter, we’re HIGHLY SATISFIED and HAPPY with the work Jam Roofing did for us.

After estimates for a roof replacement from three reputable companies in the Rogue valley, we went with JAM to replace our thirty-five year old roof in Ashland Oregon. We were pleased from start to finish, beginning with Zack's very first visit and the itemized, detailed estimate provided by Project Manager Haley. This was followed-up by Haley’s regular communications and assistance during the project, Zack’s responses to questions, and the the punctuality, courtesy, regular communication, workmanship, daily clean-up, and professionalism of Jim and crew, (including Matt, Hunter and Brandon, and gutter guard installers Pat, Steven, Doug) and all others involved in the removal of old roof and installation of new. We particularly appreciate their positive attitude and expertise, and Jim’s care inside our house in the installation of a solar tube over our piano.
Completed in early December 2022, we now have an expertly installed new roof and new insulation and gutter guards, as well as two replacement skylights and three solar tubes to lighten the dark areas of our home. With appreciation to all involved for their outstanding work- ethic, productivity and final product, we highly recommend JAM Roofing!
