Yes, this place was kind to me. I was able to obtain a wheelchair walker and crutches for my hubby. (IT WAS A GODSEND). THANK YOU!
I was also pleased, because they helped with my power bill. Everybody there is polite. Thank you to Chris who personally helped me!

What am incredible service! I LOVE when people care so deeply for others that they make it what they do for work. Everyone there is so helpful. I brought my friend here to drop it some equipment and I really appreciated how helpful the people were. If you have a donation just drop it off they are super busy. If you cannot find the drop off spot the main office folx will help. Thank you ACCESS what a great service. And it works because there is actually a community of care in Jackson County.

Very helpful staff. Loads of resources. They are overrun with requests, and sometimes it takes awhile for a return call. It is best to apply for help online, if possible.

Ladies at the front desk were amazing fabulous they're always so fun outgoing great people I love the front desk I was hoped right away it was efficient fast and I'm very grateful for the people that work there I would recommend this to anybody they make you feel safe secure and they're a great bunch of people no matter what you're there for.

I’ve been literally begging for help for rent and electricity when I came in the beginning of October 6 ,2022 with a notice of being kicked out and it’s now November 27, 2022 and still no call back,. I’m positive they use the money for there normal pay and bonuses instead of helping people like me and or they launder / clean money for the government,.. still waiting on help that I’m positive I’m not going to recieve,.. they are not helpful just send you to voice message system over and over never return calls and will prefer you get to court with a court eviction before they help you there for you will forever have an eviction on your record, anywho I’m giving this 5 stars so you guys can see it,. But trust me they haven’t helped us and probly won’t cause of this so just a heads up guys
