We purchased a new sofa for our playroom a week ago and everyone here was so friendly and helpful! The selection was amazing!! We found exactly what we wanted quickly and the staff helped us with the finance paperwork and we were back out the door all within 30 minutes. We picked up our sofa a few hours later and they had it ready and waiting for us. Will definitely return and we are ready for more things! Thanks so much guys!

After going to three or four other furniture places, we finally walked in and found what we wanted at Ashley‘s. We were told that was the place to go and Jason. Fantastic sales rep, answered all questions and took good care of us. We will be back for our other furniture needs, love my new sofa

Super friendly staff. Our furniture was in stock so it was delivered in just 2 days! The experience all around was great! Thank you to the delivery guys, Jason and the sweet lady! Thanks to the finance guy too! The only bummer is if you’re self employed you don’t get their in house financing and gotta use Progressive financing. We love our new couch n loveseat so far though!

I finally decided to go look for a couch and I went to Ashley home furnishing.
And got to see somebody that I haven't seen for a long time. Her name is Debbie Saxibury. She is fantastic when an experience. We had a lot of fun looking and talking. You should go and check it out and ask for Debbie. .

They have a solid selection of choices. Beautiful and clean showroom. They will honor their company's website prices, but several items are actually lower in price than the website.

Debbie was an incredible help! The store didn’t have the exact couch I was looking at online, but Debbie was able to show me something very similar so I could get a feel of what I would be getting. She gave me great information on how to properly care for the couch and got me the best deal she could. She made the whole experience of my first big couch purchase easy and exciting. The whole store was very welcoming and made me happy to be a new customer of theirs. I highly recommend purchasing from them in store.

Debbie helped us and she was very nice. She helped me with my boys! My three-year-old called her grandma 🥰 and he loved her! Debbie made the purchase of our new couch a very pleasant experience for me and my boys.

Our experience at Ashley was excellent & this was primarily due to the fantastic customer service. Debbie was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the product she was selling! We never felt pressured or like we were wasting her time; she was patient with us while we took our time deciding what we wanted. Ashley is my new furniture store to shop at.The lady who helped us explain everything about the furniture we were looking for. She took time to listen to us and didn't push anything on us that we weren't interested in. She let us know what they had in stock. My husband and I was very happy with the experience. Even the person who helped with our financing was great. Glad we check there and shop there. It was an enjoyable time and great full for the ones who helped us.

John was very nice and helpful. He made it an easy process to pick out and purchase our sofa. I also appreciated how neat and tidy the store was and that non one harassed us the minute we walked in like in some other furniture stores.

I liked that he was not high pressure, he offered the best deal he could get for us, and the furniture we purchased is beautiful and well made.
