Dr O was wonderful with my shy 3 year old daughter. Just a very friendly smiling face he was!

Dr. O and the staff at this office are amazing. The doctor has a great bedside manner, he’s knowledgeable, communicates the issues so you understand them, takes his time to listen to you, and acknowledges you as a person. I don’t run across doctors like that so I’m so grateful to have found him. Everything about the experience I had at this office was positive - from the young lady at check in to the doctor performing the audio test, the girl who took notes (which they emailed to me before I even got out of the office), to the post-appointment lady who coordinated upcoming care. Thank you for having great attitudes and a dedication to great service!!

I was referred to Dr. O last year for a mass in my throat that turned out to be cancer. Dr. O did a phenomenal job with my surgery, he ensured I received the best oncology care, and he has continued to provide excellent routine follow-up since I completed treatment. He has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. He spends the necessary time to answer all your questions and make you feel heard.

I had an emergency situation that I needed medical care for a swollen shut ear and Dr Osetinsky was so kind to not only get me in the same day but was kind enough to see me even after I was late getting to the appt from another appt I had made 3 mos prior & didn’t feel I could cancel. The staff were exceptionally kind that care for me. They truly show they care about their patients.

Took my Mom to her appointment with Doctor O and was welcome in to observe during the exam with my Mom. Doctor O was very tentative and listened and answered all of my Mom's questions and mine as well. I will turn to him for my E.N.T. needs as well.

Dr. O has some of the best bedside manner of any doctor I have seen. He was so wonderful with both of my girls and had both of them smiling.

So thankful he was able to quickly get to the hospital to do an emergency surgery in the middle of the night to stop my tonsils from bleeding and then walked with me as I was wheeled out of the hospital to make sure I knew what to do post-op.

Dr. O is excellent! Tremendous bedside manner and provides quality care.
However, if you make an appointment, be sure to confirm and then confirm again - especially at the Baptist Health location on NIcholasville Rd.! On two occasions, we have arrived for an appointment only to be told our appointment was for a different day....and each time met with a blank stare and an empty apology from the receptionist.

My follow up visit was less than friendly I was on time waited almost 40 minutes. Informed Dr. OSENTENSKY that I was standing due to back pain
I was greeted than examined by getting a hand in my mouth pressing my tonsils . I told him it was not the root of any of my pain
He kept gagging me pressing my tonsils. I told him I do use a water pick. I have severe craters in my tonsils several strep cases. While in scheduler 's office he blurted out loud there is no sign of cancer. I replied good to know. I didn't understand the exam I followed up from CT scan with Dr. OSENTENSKY. The scheduler told me I could leave they would refer me to neurologist. I have a PPO I will seek treatment elsewhere.

This is THE WORST DOCTOR! He could have KILLED ME!

I came in for a check up after a tonsillectomy
and saliva gland removal surgery because I had felt really weird and I had a fever that wouldn’t go away.

He said you’ve gained 14 pounds in the last few months. Then he proceeded to tell me if I had lost some weight, he would be more concerned. I had a fever and he wouldn’t listen to me saying I felt sick. He sent me home after a two second glance at my throat and said you’re fine.

Two days later, I decided to go to call an ambulance because I could barely walk. I was so weak. My temperature was 103.7. My heart rate over 200 and blood pressure was over 200. I felt like I was going to pass out. Thank God the doctors at the hospital listened to me and actually investigated why I was sick. I’m so glad I trusted my gut instinct instead of this so call medical professional.

Just because someone is in a different size body than you doesn’t mean they don’t deserve proper healthcare.

This “Doctor” is disgusting and has horrible bedside manner. Whats even funnier is a fat person shaming a fat person. The hypocrisy is unreal & hysterically funny.

This talented surgeon got blood in my lungs and I aspirated. Then, unknowingly I developed aspiration pneumonia days later. Then, it turned into sepsis (a blood stream infection) because he neglected to treat the pneumonia & take my fever seriously to begin with. Not to mention, ignoring a major sign of infection (fever) with someone with an autoimmune disease on a biologic medication. Negligence and ignorance would be an understatement!

He is a terrible doctor, he opered on my nose due to a stenosis and that day I left the hospital with a big hump and with no airway in my nose, also the nurse that put the catheter pinched wrong and my arm was extremely swollen, was told to keep my arm lifted for few days. The doctor did not do anything to correct his mess and had to get help from Dr Patel, who opered me to correct all the mess. Dr. O does not care about your health, just wants the money, run away from him as long as you can.

Dr. O performed a LAUP procedure along with a deviated septum repair on me in the mid 90s. He damaged so much of my soft palate that I have cursed him nearly daily since. Food particles, drinks and even pills easily become lodged above my palate causing me to repeatedly gag. Spicy, minty or bitter food cause my eyes and nose to run and burn four hours. It's embarrassing, dangerous and even a health risk. I once had a small pea lodged for days up there until I was able to blow it out through my nose. I have wondered if small amounts of food have caused me to develop asthma and even pneumonia twice. I am writing this now because I have an tiny Folate pull disolving right now! Many health care providers have asked what happened to my uvula and soft tissue when checking my throat. One recently even remarked at what a hack job it was. Dr. O? Remember do no harm?!
