CVS

My interactions here have always been fine, in spite of the usual onslaught of customers versus number of staff, which is typical just about everywhere you go. All shots received have gone smoothly, and the staff has always been friendly.

Larry in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my mother out getting my prescriptions and dealing with a terrible urgent care over the phone for awhile to make sure I got my medicine. Thank you so much Larry, I’m glad there are still good people in the world willing to help others out

I had such a great experience at this CVS pharmacy. I recently moved to the area and needed to have a prescription transferred. The transfer was likely difficult through Express Scripts. The staff and pharmacist were awesome! When I went to pick up my medication, the staff again helped me with a coupon that decreased my out of pocket costs significantly. I will be using this CVS pharmacy in the future. Great and friendly service!

Good self checkout and products sold with care and quality. A unique and quiet shopping experience found at this drugstore. Best in Lexington Kentucky.

I know a lot of people say bad stuff about the pharmacy itself but the store is pretty well run. I have never had a bad interaction with the employees they are the absolute best and try so hard to help you the best they can! 10/10 service in store.

I've had my prescriptions here a long time and I've never had a single issue with them . The pharmacist may be a little opinionated , but he's a good guy and has never been anything but great. I'm really not understanding all the negative reviews here, I don't feel entitled to anything , and I don't subscribe to the horrible idea that the customer is always right , so maybe that's why I've had no issues with the pharmacy or other staff

This is my favorite CVS in the area. I drive from Nicholasville to shop there. Great selection. If you are into make up & beauty products, you've found your best source for drug store & slightly more high end products (large selection of NYX). Cosmetics do not appear to sit for years like some other stores either. Nice employees, for the most part. As for time on processing prescriptions, I really have not had a problem. If I have something that is going to take a bit, I just come back next time I'm headed by. I will continue to shop this CVS.

Regarding the review commenting about the staff at 2:30am being "middle aged & still working at a CVS"... would you rather college students run the store/pharmacy and the sale of alcohol?? It's a business.

Great Customer service in the pharmacy. Sue went above and beyond to get me the best price for my prescription.

I Really like Terri. She goes out of her way to help you out as does all the staff. The store is neat and clean, and the merchandise is easy to find.

Love the people. Always helpful. Since I am disabled I need a little extra help from time to time. That's what the Extra Care stands for!
