Kroger

Very helpful. I have to drive a buggy, & I'm not good at it. They ask if they can reach things for me. I also love this stores size. It's too much for me.

Plenty of fresh vegetables, shelves well stocked and checkout lines very short.
Great for the day before Thanksgiving.

I have been coming to this Kroger for as long as it's been there. It's a little one, but they are trying to keep up with products the super stores have.

Love Krogers on Lowry,always catch good sales in there.

I visit the Kroger Deli and Meat Department in Meadowthorpe quite often. Both areas have excellent staff members, all providing great customer service..Even when they're short- staffed, they do a great job. Both areas get an A+.

Great service from every department! Meat, Deli, Produce, the cashiers up front, are all so friendly and helpful. Also very time efficient. Store is always fully stocked and is kept clean. My personal favorite kroger to shop at:)

Thank you so much, Jon for your honesty, professional action, and quick response when I was checking out at the self- check out station several days ago and forgot to take my cash and then I went back inside to get it back. Jon, the cash register and the Kroger great employee, had made a quick action that proved a high standard of customer care and service. Jon have checked the surveillance cameras, pulled out the receipt of what I purchased, and kept them to hand it over to the right/true caller.
Thanks again, Jon for your helpful act and you’ve made my day, and absolutely thanks to Kroger team to hire these amazing employees.

Comfortable and stress-free shopping experience. Everything was well stocked and clean. I am pleased that the typical night staff was off or now gone. Upon my last visit here, were some Horrid, Rude and Unprofessional males that worked the front-end at night. I vowed that I would Never return, but I am glad that I did.

Sheila & Harold was very polite to me when I came in to purchase. They also was very understanding and helpful. I appreciate their strong work ethics and customer service. They sure know how to treat people.

While this Kroger might not be as nice or new as the Richmond Rd or Euclid Kroger's it is still a good store. I always come here because it is so close to me. It's also small enough so that I don't have to hike to get something. Also when I come here and need help I am helped but it does seem like they don't have a lot of staff but yet everything is always in stock and operating fine.

This isn't the biggest Kroger in Lexington, but it might be the friendliest.

They had what I was looking for. Quick in and out. Used the U Scan lines. Quick like a 🐇 bunny to checkout. Nice store.

Frequent shopper at this Kroger location. The employees here are very friendly & helpful.
I can't fully speak to Ms. Richardson's poor experience there except to mention that she apparently used the small unisex bathroom that's located behind the produce department. In the other back corner of the store, near Dairy, are the main restrooms. Other than sometimes needing to reflush what didn't fully go down for the previous person, I've never encountered the nasty & gross toilet scene that she describes.

The produce section I thought. Was gorgeous! I could tell ALOT of effort was put into the beauty I saw there. Awesome job kroger guys! Everything else was in good order and all kroger guys and gals were very friendly, I would defiantly recommend this store to anyone!☺Thank you Kroger for the attention to details in that produce!

I was just in Krogers Allison at customer service I think it's her name or Alice and Rachel was so helpful and very kind and professional helping me out with the self-scanning and getting a rain check I didn't get a review survey on the receipt but I just wanted to deliver you for them on something thank you Allison or Alice and Rachel

SHOUT OUT TO THE EMPLOYEE OF THE DECADE, JON! He consistently proves to be an invaluable resource, and a customer service guru. His hours have changed So he no longer works late up until close or on the weekends, good for him as I’m certain he didn’t receive adequate compensation to put up with what he consistently did, and yet he was always professional and overly capable. I no longer go to the most convenient grocer when it is late-

Everyone was do helpful at krogers today especially at the wine and spirits. They helped me find a wine that I had no idea where it was. They had it ! I was so happy that I got my sister her favorite wine and you guys carried it ! Thank u ! Very happy !!!

Love Kroger! Great prices, fresh produce and wonderful selection of meat, that is also very fresh. I wish they would open one in Paris Kentucky!

Friendly workers, has a pharmacy, meat department, and deli. It is a smaller kroger so it doesn't have as wide a selection as the other larger ones but it is nicer due to the fact that it is usually not as packed and it is easier to find what you are looking for.
