I love this location! Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees compared to other New Balance stores. Shout out to Violet from NB Livermore for being extremely helpful last time I was here, she was AMAZING! Will definitely come here for my new shoes from now on. Hopefully they get more smaller sizes

George Kirkland was very attentive and helpful while the store wasn’t busy.
He sized my feet and even though nothing in the store was large enough to fit my feet he showed me some great options that could be ordered online to the store for me.

Returned my shoes I bought a month ago. Piece came unglued in the sole of the shoe revealing a secret serial number underneath. I've worn dozens of New Balance shoes since 1993 when my dad bought me my first pair. Even then they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn... even more so than my Reebok pumps lol... remember those. First time I had any issue with a New Balance shoe in 30 years. Very happy how it was handled at the store. Hope to wear new balances for another 30 years. Cheers to New Balance Livermore.

I walked in with a photo of my dad's old old shoes and the size he needed. Both associates worked together to give me 2 options and why they recommended them. Then, they checked for sizes and got me 2 pairs of shoes and done. Great experience

There was a large variety of shoes and wide selection. They have frequent sales and discounts as well as online ordering and pickup.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a specific style or model of shoe I recommend ordering online to make sure it's in stock. Parking js plentiful, and nice walking distance with other outlet stores.

I always come here instead of to other shoe places and new balance stores because of how friendly everyone is!

Excellent customer service! Alexis was friendly and extremely helpful. The store didn't have what I came in looking for today, but Alexis offered to see if she could order it for me. That turned out to be more work than I think either of us had imagined, but she was very resourceful, and tracked down the shoe in the right (elusive) color and size! Even if she hadn't found it, I would have given a 5 star review for the effort. Thank you, Alexis!
