We loved our experience at Southern Oregon Subaru yesterday. Gabriel was great, so patient and helpful, as I had many questions and had a hard time deciding which car we wanted. He quickly found the answers for us if he didn't know them. He spent the whole afternoon with me, walking from car to car. Price, color, trim packages...oh my! Gab made it fun and stressless to buy a new car.

This will make our fourth Outback, all purchased at SO Subaru and we will keep coming back. Great service, willing to negotiate price and we never leave with buyers remorse. We are a Southern Oregon Subaru family.

Ron Hogan is a super easy going, no pressure type of man. He made everything super easy with no games! Nick the GSM came out and introduced himself to us and welcomed us to the Subaru family. We had an excellent car-buying experience at Southern Oregon Subaru. I drove from Central Oregon to Medford to refresh my wife’s Outback with a new one. Mike, Bob, and Valerie all went above and beyond to work out the deal. Mike took me on the most thorough test drive I’ve ever been on, going through the many features of the new car. Shout out to finance manager Valerie who saved the day with the paperwork logistics. The whole team is very friendly and we’ll be back for all our Subaru needs.

Working with Ben was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient! I came into Subaru a few times but I never once felt pressured to make a decision. Wish I had know about this dealer and repair and parts business years ago. They always do right by me. Comprehensive. All around trained and professional and nice people. Highly recommend. Walk in oil change took me about 1.5 hours late in the day. Not too bad for a walk in. I have gotten a 60k twice now and always done correctly and at a discounted price from the state south of us. Excellent salesman ship. Very Customer oriented dealership. Knowledgeable and willing to help in every way. The 2024 legacy we decided on had so many amazing features. Not to mention every person part of the sales team was exceptional at their job and so easy to work with. Would highly recommend a trip to Southern Oregon Subaru next time you decide to buy a car. Ask for James in sales that is who was able to answer or get answers to every single technical question I had about the vehicle and the sales portion. Found no walls and pure transparency in the entire process.
