Great people here. Very helpful and pleasant!
Our room was very clean.
We had good size mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Also a hair dryer, large towels, hand towels and wash clothes. My boyfriend was having surgery at the hospital and it was literally less than a 5-minute ride to get there. Very convenient location from the hospital. If we have to stay another time we will certainly choose Hampton Inn. My only regret is they would give a lower price for people having to have surgeries and having to stay in hospitals for unlimited time. That would be my only complaint as a favor to those who have loved ones that have to be hospitalized and or surgeries a discount would be nice. We thought this was one of the hotels that gave that discount. The hospital gives you a list of hotels that do discounts for people having to have surgeries or long stays at the hospital. We were at Providence Hospital. Breakfast was also great. You have a number of things to choose from building waffles, yogurt, cereal, pastries and oatmeal. I would highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn.

I love staying at any Hilton hotel and have been all across the country. This location was comfortable clean great staff and I love the text feature to be able to talk with the front desk. Very central to everything we needed to get to.

It is located in a quiet place not too far from access to major roads. The service is very friendly. A very convenient fact is that checkout is only at 12pm!

Quick stay on a trip home and it was clean, comfortable and very welcoming.

Stayed one night. The room was clean, breakfast was good. We used the pool. Close to stores and restaurants. Fast check in and out.

This was my first stay at the Hampton in Medford, and I am very happy with it. The staff was awesome, and the room was nice if a little dated. I will be back and I recommend them highly!

Bed was super comfy, and I LOVED the pillows. However, not a huge fan of all white linens. My room had a couch and a small workspace so I could work while I was there.

The Continental breakfast was excellent on the first day, but I wasn't a fan of the second days breakfast.

My favorite part? The bow tied in the toilet paper. 🥲

We have been to too many Hampton Inns to count, and Theresa, pictured here, is the FIRST employee working the COMPLIMENTARY breakfast who cheerfully greets and welcomes guests, runs the kitchen, offers to take your dirty dishes, replenishes your delights, and respectfully cleans up after the inconsiderate and unappreciative guests…SMILING THE WHOLE TIME. So, the next time, wherever you travel, Hampton Inn or otherwise, take a moment to acknowledge those whom work hard and are committed to making your stay as comfortable and as pleasurable as possible. During our five days in Medford, Theresa was the only employee who took OWNERSHIP, PROACTIVELY ANTICIPATING the needs of those privileged enough to step into her domain. Whatever Hampton Inn pays her…it’s NOT enough.

Nice comfortable room. The hotel is just minutes away from the airport. Just a quick overnight stay with early departure, so didn't get a chance to enjoy the free breakfast and other amenities.

Rachel was wonderful. She helped me find a room at the last minute at the best price. I appreciate how pleasant she was during our interaction. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

Staff is super friendly. Was always greeted with a Hello or a Good Morning. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the lady in charge of breakfast was super sweet, kind and very attentive. She made sure all the guest that were eatting felt at home. She took the time to talk to each and everyone there.

Such a nice place to recoup after minor surgery. They gave me a discount for my hospital stay! I couldn’t get into The Providence House as it was booked. Very clean and well decorated. The free breakfast was well stocked and maintained through out the 10:00 cut off time. Close to great stores. Barns and Noble being close. Food for less is across the street. And lots of restaurants and several parks. Only ding was hot tub was down. Oh and the beds and pillows were so very comfy. Will recommend as a good choice.

I had a good night's sleep and a good breakfast.
The only strange thing was that when I first walked in, a guy walked in before me after crossing the street. The desk clerk wasn't out front, and she came out front looking kind of confused. In the amount of time beforeshe had walked out, he had grabbed coffee around the corner and taken half of her candy out of the candy bowl and walked out the door. It made me a little uneasy, that someone could walk in without being noticed.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Medford was outstanding! The rooms are large, nice and clean. The receptionist was wonderful!! She came up to our room without hesitation and showed us how to work the television. The television wasn't broken, we couldn't figure out how to make it work. Duh on us!! I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay there again!

We had a very pleasant stay. Nice clean room in a totally no smoking facility. Lots of choices at continental breakfast. Didn't use pool or fitness center but they looked very nice. Great staff--special thanks to Erica at the front desk and to the woman serving breakfast today. Only con is the high price or we would have stayed longer.

Nice, clean and great staff. The breakfast has a wide variety and something for everyone. The bed is so comfy and rooms are big. The staff is very friendly, especially the lady responsible for the breakfast. Love my stay.

Nice rooms--spacious, well furnished and pretty quiet. Bathrooms are huge! Beds were comfortable, though pillows were too soft for my liking. Full breakfast served every morning, and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly and courteous

Hotel was great and just like other Hampton Inns, it did not disappoint. Clean, great service and close to shops and resturants.

Always feel welcome and warm when I walk in the door....the new remodel is fantastic and I always love the beds!

Excellent and friendly staff at reception especially Lynne and Dorri. On arrival, it was quiet and Lynne kindly let us make the room choice.

Spacious room with comfy double bed. Lot of bench space in the bathroom and good toiletries. The thermostat was adjustable and comfortable for a good night sleep.

Gym is compact but still has trandmills, elliptical, weight bench and bicycle.

Convenient location and only 5-10 minutes walk to a huge supermarket and many eateries.

Continental breakfast was part of the room deal. Yummy muffins, eggs, French toast and fresh fruit. Loved the pineapples.

Complimentary tea and coffee with yummy cookies are at the reception. Very nice range of tea selection and the peanut butter cookies is a must try.
