Let me start by saying I hate buying cars. I hate the process! This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car purchase. This dealership has quality cars and quality service! Omar is the best! I will continue my relationship with WBM because they practice good business.

While searching for a Mercedes CLS, we stumbled upon WBM of Arlington car dealership where Elizabeth warmly greeted and introduced us to their inventory. Immediately, we spotted a CLS that captured our hearts. Elizabeth provided exceptional customer service, assisting us with financing options. Ali general manager was also great giving us great advice Leaving the dealership with our dream car, we were highly satisfied with the great deal we received. These guys are great! I contacted Tony and I think Omar about a F150 they had for sale. I was very hesitant being a smaller dealer but man they blew me away. I am located 4 hours away from their dealership and wanted to have a deal done prior to traveling. We discussed price and everything over the phone, I got on the train and headed north. I had arranged for them to drop the truck off at the Ford dealership so I could have them go through a multi point inspection and they did it happily. Everything checked out and we finished all the paperwork and I was on my way home. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I had a great experience with WBM on a Porsche they had for sale. I found it posted online and reached out to get more details. The sales rep Arash took my call, answered my questions, sent me extra videos and pictures, and we even FaceTimed just so I could check it out a little better. Since I live in Florida I wasn’t able to visit right away but Arash’s willingness to work with me really helped my decision to put down a deposit and make travel arrangements to check out the car in person a few days later.

The level of service provided was exceptional. On the day of arrival, Arash offered to pick me up at the airport. Once on site, he gave me time and space to review the car thoroughly and let me have an extended test drive. Once my mind was made to purchase the vehicle, he quickly got all the paperwork together and I made the purchase. The whole experience was stress-free. Arash and team had great communication throughout the process. It’s been a few weeks after my purchase and I’m completely happy with my car and the buying experience.

This car dealership is truly amazing. As a first time car owner this was a very stressful experience but the gentlemen at this car dealership took the time needed to help me find the right vehicle for me at a price that was affordable to me and walked me through everything. Neima was very helpful with the purchase of a 2010 BMW M3. He answered all of our questions. A good listener and accommodated all of our requests (e.g., we asked to be present when the car was started with a cold engine). We understood it has a reputation for being high maintenance vehicle and wasn’t 100% perfect. It got us home with zero issues - very solid car. Satisfied customer, thanks.

Recently purchased a 2016 M235i from this dealership under some extraordinary personal circumstances. Working with Tony and Omar was a fantastic experience; they were both communicative, professional, and flexible with me throughout the purchasing process. I can't say enough about my experience with WBM of Arlington. I'm an extremely picky enthusiast buyer who was looking at a car from several states away. This was my first Porsche and I was quite concerned to be buying from an independent dealer. However, the team (and it was a team effort) provided me every piece of information I needed and addressed every concern I had in order to give me the confidence I needed to come buy the car sight unseen.
It is no small factor that this car was not bought at auction, but bought from the local Porsche dealership after it was traded in. This not only reduced their costs, but they were able to much better assess the car that they were buying, as they had PPI done by the dealership before they bought it.
I had many questions about the car and I did a lot of independent research, including talking with the shop that formerly serviced it. Every bit of information that had been provided to me, while it could have easily been made up, completely checked out. They were totally forthcoming and honest. And, above that, the car was mechanically and cosmetically solid.
The fact that I also felt like I was getting a good deal had me continually waiting for that red flag to show itself, but it never did! I am 110% happy with my purchase and with my experience with WBM of Arlington!
Oh, and I should add that I immediately drove the car 3000 miles over 10 days upon picking it up with no issues at all. This even included a quick stint on a racetrack in NJ and a spirted run on the Tail of the Dragon in TN/NC!

If you need to get into a new car quickly and you know what you want, ask for Chris. I was out the door with a replacement for my totaled prius in under an hour. I had cash in hand so Tony, the finance guy, was willing to work with the money the insurance company gave me. Also, Chris is a Green Bay fan so give him a hard time.

Great experience. Out of state buyer. Researched cars and dealers, found what I was looking for. Inquired, no issues with communication on phone. Vehicle is in great condition. WBM bought my vehicle even after some issues were found and still honored the original quote and even gave me $500 off for having to wait a week for repairs on my purchase. Arash thanks for all your help, much appreciated, you are a multi tasking machine. The owner, Ali, kind professional gentleman, straight forward and extremely knowledgeable about the car industry.

My fiancé and I came in for an older model for pickup we work with Neem and Tony. Although, we did not purchase the vehicle the customer service was exceptional enough to leave a review. My fiancé vocalized her concerns and Tony addressed each of them directly. He was accommodating to my financial requests as well. We did not purchase for personal reason out of their control. We were very happy with our experience.

IM A REPEAT CUSTOMER
4 years ago I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from the team at WBM, I put 100k miles on that Jeep with no major issues. I was looking to trade up, so went back to WBM and found a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. It was in great condition, needed a few minor things but Tony at WBM made sure it was taken care of for me before I left.

MY SALES TEAM
I dealt with Alfonso (sorry buddy if I spelled it wrong) and Tony - the final Finance guy in the back office. Both Salesmen were on point, I feel like they were upfront and honest, compared to some of the Virginia used car dealerships I went to. I had to bring the Tahoe back for a window motor repair, and they were quick to give it fix, no hassles.

THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
I did get sold the Preffered Warranty extended warranty, now honestly I am super sceptical about those kinds of things, but I went ahead and trusted what Tony said - that if anything were to go wrong the warranty would cover it. I took the Tahoe to the local shop and they told me it needed new wheel bearing hubs, about $1,100 job - well low and behold, the warranty I purchased covered all of it, no questions asked. I dont blame WBM for the wheel hubs, the Tahoe is 11 years old and needed a little TLC like any older vehicle would.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Honestly these guys are awesome - I give a shout out to Tony for my good experience and closing the deal. Im not sure why they get negative reviews. I would recommend them and I would use them for my next purchase. I feel like I was treated fair and the guys were honest. I got a great car at a great deal and could not be happier.
