Amazing service!! I had cavities filled and a deep cleaning performed on several teeth. The staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and walked me through all of the procedures so I knew what was going to happen every step of the way. And then, before doing anything, they let me know again what they were about to do. If at anytime I needed a break, they simply asked me to raise my left hand. I felt completely at ease and never needed a break. They also informed me of the out of pocket expenses ahead of time. I would recommend Virginia Square Dental to anyone.

My experience at VSD was excellent, from the attentive staff to the doctors who take care of my dental issues and take the time to listen in order to solve my dental care. I highly recommend Virginia Square Dental to my friends and family.

Beautiful office and wonderful staff.

I'll be honest, it had been a hot minute since visiting the dentist. Having braces for a couple years will do that to you. Needless to say, the poor hygienist had their work cut out for them. Despite all this, the staff, to include the Doctor, were very professional and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and explain various things to me.

I'll be moving here soon and though I will be somewhat farther away from this office, I plan on returning!

Consistently great service. The receptionists are insanely knowledgeable and clear with financial expectations. My visit today was for three fillings and due to some prior (non dental) medical issues, I was very very nervous. Dr. Joobbani and dental hygienist Linda were kind, accommodating, professional, clear, and answered all the questions I had. They were able to set the chair at a different angle for me and even let me borrow a stress ball to get my mind off the sounds. I felt completely at ease the entire time. Spectacular practice and people.

I can not recommend Virginia Square Dental enough. Due to terrible dental anxiety, I had not been to a dentist in a long time. They were understanding and patient, and explained everything that they were doing along with making a plan for future visits/treatment. Their office is clean, safe, and has a beautiful modern look. If you do make an appointment, be sure to request Cicily, she made my visit incredible and earned the office a customer for life.

Dr. Jennifer Joobbani has been an absolute lifesaver, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an amazing dentist.
When I first came to her, I had completely lost hope of ever restoring my teeth, but she was calm, kind, professional, and wasn’t alarmist, and we came up with a step by step plan together for how to proceed.
Up to that point I’d had so much anxiety surrounding my dental issues, but she made me feel comfortable in a totally non-judgmental manner, and now I actually look forward to going in for cleanings to catch up with everyone, which I wouldn’t have thought possible a few years ago (Cynthia and all the staff are amazing too!!).
I truly cannot recommend Dr. Joobbani highly enough, and am forever grateful for all that she’s done for me.

This is the best dentist I have been to. The office is brand new and modern with TVs mounted in each exam room. The hygienist I had was extremely gentle making sure I was okay the whole time. This is important to me because I hate going to the dentist and am very sensitive. My doctor was also very kind and gentle. would recommend this dentist office to anyone!

I love this office! I have always had a pleasant experience. The people at the front desk are friendly and so very helpful. I used to see Dr. Ransom and she was great but recently I saw Dr. Joobbani, and she was also professional and lovely. They always explain in detail what is going on with my teeth and I have never felt like they were trying to upcharge or scam me. I have gone to some bad dentists before, so I really appreciate that I feel comfortable and like I can trust them at this office.

If you're looking for a new dentist, Virginia Square Dental is a great option. From the front desk team, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Yang herself, the staff is incredibly kind. Every experience in the office that I have had has been pleasant. You can tell Dr. Yang cares for her patients. She spends the time really learning of your dental concerns, sharing recommended guidance and putting you at ease (which is helpful as the dentist can be a bit stressful!). I recently had a small procedure done and she called the next day to ensure all was well, which was a nice touch. I would recommend for sure!

Virginia Square Dental has been great! I had to have an extraction of a cracked tooth, which was painless, they constructed an appliance for me based on 3D imaging of my teeth (none of that nasty alginate!), and follow-up care has been very professional. I highly recommend Virginia Square Dental.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They provide in depth answers to questions about procedure, treatments, and insurance. They also take the time to explain each step of your appointment and the importance of everything they do. They made my dental appointments something I look forward to!

It’s taken me so long to find a dental office that I actually want to come back to! The staff is so friendly! They remember your name when you come back in. My dental hygienist is so thorough and kind and helps educate me on best practices for home dental care and Dr. Yang is so patient and nonjudgmental! I can’t recommend them enough. I genuinely enjoy going in for appointments.

I brought my 2 boys (ages 5&3) to Virginia Square Dental. It was a lovely experience from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. One of the front desk staff came out to personally greet my boys by name and helped them wash their hands. I can’t tell you how helpful that was. She was so sweet. My boys were instantly unafraid and in a good mood. Our hygienist was also very friendly and professional. Dr. Ransom was truly excellent with my children. She was warm and helped my boys to understand what she was doing and what was going to happen. This is something they really needed from their dentist. They sat back and watched Toy Story throughout the exam. It was the most positive experience they’ve ever had at the dentist which was a huge relief for me. There was even a treasure chest full of goodies for them to choose from at the end. I’m happy to say we look forward to seeing Dr. Ransom in the future.

Their appointment system works great. I receive emails and text of my upcoming appointment and I have never waited. I am being seen at the time of my appointment. Excellent customer service!! I called to see if I could move my appointment to an earlier date. When I called, the receptionist knew that my partner was being seen the day I requested and offered to move me to that time so we could come at the same time. Saved me a trip and I didn’t even have to explain to her why I wanted to move my appointment. I was so impressed with her service, as I’ve only been there twice before. When I’m there, they are so friendly and kind. Back in the chair, they are caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and have me out the door in no time. Not to mention I got to watch a movie during my cleaning! I also enjoy how CLEAN the bathroom and facilities are. I have been to VSD twice now, and have been consistently impressed with their friendliness and service. I have spent my entire life with a dentist who made me wait ages every time I came in for an appointment. VSD always gets me in the chair as soon as I walk in the door, so time isn't wasted in the waiting room. They are thorough and have done a great job being sensitive to the financial restraints of not having dental insurance. I highly recommend.
