The staff member who I talked to was Jessica Russo. She was polite and a good listener and through our dialogue gave me lots of good information. I am better able to chat my way through pending decisions about my health thanks to her.

As usual, Angela was professional, caring, detailed and addressed all my needs. I have always enjoyed and appreciated being able to talk with her. Learning of her departure from the pain clinic was disappointing, and I will truly miss her. She is great at what she does and I wish her the very best!

I had a very positive experience per my initial interview for future care. I was asked multiple questions with respect in determining my candidacy for care. My questions in turn were answered to my satisfaction. I have been received as patient and assigned a doctor who I have an appointment with in a weeks time. I witnessed a professional and caring environment. I am looking forward to my first session with my assigned pain management physician and team. Pain management is just that, a team effort per doctor, staff and patient. The patient can not expect the doctor to do it all. Compassion and empathy is needed but self pity should not be tolerated. It does no one any good.

I was treated very well, it's hard to find decent care when you have a chronic condition but the people at Columbia Pain Management really care and want to help.

Phenomenal. Treatment so excellent.
They are personal & gracious. Michelle Dodson is so sharp. I really felt so cared about I cried on my way home after my appt. I felt cared about & she explained so thoroughly. I haven't felt that relieved since I saw them a few years ago when Dr.Riggert treated me & help my condition.
They feel like family to me, & I am so grateful.

Ive been going to the pain clinic every month for almost 6 years now. They are my only reason for living. Ive been in pain since June of 1991,when I became disabled and had to surrender' in order to gain any quality of life. Pain became all consuming, I had to go to the dr more so I could work more to pay to go to the dr more so I could work more.... Like so many people I was put on pain meds, for which I was grateful for, finally I could have some resemblance of a 'normal' life. I was told that the downside was the pills were very addicting, my nonchalant response was since it seemed to be my lot in life to be forever in non-relenting pain, what difference would it make? Well fast forward my life to 2003, when the world took a different view after so much misuse, misdiagnosis of patients, insurmountable amount of addicts and corrupted drs, and of course the rising death toll from overdoses, misuse and abuse, Drs were now afraid of the liability of having a 'pain' patient so I got the the brutal answer to my question and found out what difference it made, what if I could no longer get pain medication, what if drs no longer took 'pain' patients? I couldnt find a dr that would help me, I no longer had medication, and my excruciating pain was still there waiting for me.with a vengeance. The only thing that kept me living , was the chance that I would find relief eventually, suffering in pain 24/7 day in and out forever is not living. Thankfully I found the sincerely caring drs and wonderful aids at CPC, who are also very knowledgeable and adept. I wouldnt have a life if it were'nt for the Columbia Pain Clinic, they are truely a Godsend.
