US Post Office Carrier Facility

Good coustemary service

For the third time in less than 2 months, our Saturday/Sunday delivery was marked as delivered when no delivery attempt occurred (I have a ring door bell that records and notifies me of all individuals approaching my door). There was no package at our "front door / porch area" as the delivery notification stated, nor at any of our neighbors. Magically, the package turns up on our doorstep on Monday with our regular mail carrier delivering it. It is my belief, that the delivery man for the route is scanning packages in as delivered at the sorting facility, to avoid having to make weekend deliveries without it showing up as flagged for late delivery, and is then delivering them on Monday during the normal route. I have filed several complaints with USPS.

They lost my package and said it never got to them. I went to this office to show them proof that the package was sent there. Mind I say I spoke with a supervisor at the main post office and he gave me the address there . I asked them to please make sure that they hadn't misplaced somewhere in the facility and the supervisor that works there on Satureday was very rude he started yelling at me and told me to leave that the package would get to me when it got to me. I cannot believe my tax dollars are going to employees who treat their customers horribly. let me add the facility was empty and the supervisor was sitting there on his computer doing nothing just eating.

I have a packages supposed to be here Oct.25th. I received a text and they told me it's in front the house around 3:05pm but all if a sudden there is no packages. You cant trust USPS very disappointing.

They are lazy. My package was rescheduled for delivery . Never got it and I have to pick up!

They don’t deliver to correct addresses
