Roca Dental

I had nothing short of a wonderful experience with Roca Dental. While away from home for a long time, I broke a tooth and got a local friend's referral to Dr. Adam Roca - a whole group of her friends see him! (After my last dentist retired and I'd moved, I hadn't found an independent dental "home.")
He did a great job fixing/capping my tooth. When I asked if he could replace a lost night guard, he showed where many teeth were at risk & under serious pressure in my bite. I'd been considering fixing lower crooked teeth so when he mentioned Invisilign, and answered my ready questions, I agreed to start the journey and work through logistics along the way.
Dr. Adam and staff took amazing care of me for the months that I remained local and flexibly scheduling once I returned home, helping me hit my milestones. I was able to achieve a healthier bite than I'd imagined possible. I would sincerely recommend this practice to any anyone, even if it means traveling more than you'd generally like. Thank you Dr. Adam. I wish you many new faithful patients!

The staff at Roca Dental was incredible. It had been over a year since my last cleaning and exam, and my hygienist Nicole took the time to explain what she was doing, and was extremely gentle during my cleaning. I had some concerns about my gum health, which Dr. Roca patiently and expertly explained and alleviated.

I couldn't ask for anything more from a dental practice

I visited Dr. Rocas purely based on the google reviews. I had my first appointment today for a check up and cleaning and it was the most comfortable I have felt at a dentist in a long time. I can't remember my dental hygienists name, but she was awesome, super comfortable throughout and had conversations that was not all about teeth. Dr Roca was cool and calm and kept me at ease, straight to the point with no fluff. Would highly recommend to anyone who is nervous about dentists!

Five stars all around!!! The office is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Roca is amazing!! He's honest about what needs to be done. I'm terrified of dentists Dr. Roca is able to put me at ease. He has a gentle hand and his experience shines through in his work. Highly recommend. Amazing people five stars all around

Dr. Adam Roca at Roca Dental on 10th St in Clarendon is great. He’s an excellent dentist and doesn’t push unnecessary work or expensive services like other dentists I’ve seen. He’s careful and definitely does what’s necessary of course, and he explains everything in a calm, thorough, reassuring and patient manner.

The front desk desk staff and technicians are also great—they’re kind, competent, and efficient, and do an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly and professionally. They are nice and easy to work with both on the phone and in the office, and are happy to answer questions and address any scheduling issues, billing concerns, and anything else without sounding rushed or imposed upon in any way (which some in such positions unfortunately do at other offices of various sorts). The whole experience is easy and as comfortable as reassuring any dentist experience can be. I’ve been with them for years and have been extremely happy the entire time.

I can't say enough good things about Roca Dental! I have been going there for over 40 years. Dr. Aurelio was always so calm and patient with me when I was a kid. He even saw my son when he was a toddler even though he wasn't a pediatric dentist. Dr. Adam is the exact same way! And the front desk staff is just as amazing! They have always been so nice and knowledgeable. The best dental practice EVER!!!

Dr Adam Roca is wonderful - he is professional, has a great 'bedside manner' and a sense of humor! I've been going to him for about 3 years and he's the best dentist I've ever had. My wisdom tooth started coming in (aged 40) and I spoke to him on the phone - he was able to pull up my recent x-rays and let me know that everything was in alignment and I didn't need to come in for an appointment, only if I started having issues. They truly do care about their patients and aren't there to 'make a quick buck'. Dr Roca is patient and explains things clearly. Also the massage chair in the reception area is phenomenal!

Absolutely great team. I went in for a teeth cleaning with insurance and also needed a new plastic retainer for my orthodontics done elsewhere. Despite not realizing I'd need a new retainer, Dr. Roca took the time to explain my options, they fit me in for a scan, and I'll get my retainer in two weeks! They also billed my insurance for the retainer to see if it would go through and will let me know when I pick it up. Great service all around. Reasonable prices even without insurance. No up selling treatments. Highly recommend.

Dr. Roca and his staff were absolutely amazing. I had a new patient cleaning with X-Rays and it was the easiest dental appointment I’ve had in a while. They were very thorough and the appointment was right on time. I will definitely keep going to this office. Would highly recommend!

This morning was my first visit to Dr. Roca. Sam cleaned my teeth and I have honestly never felt more comfortable in the dentist's chair. Sam was awesome. Dr. Roca was awesome and so nice! All their staff was just so nice. They must all be treated well by Adam because they all seem happy. Great place! I wish we had discovered them sooner!

First I saw Dr. Aurelio Roca and now Dr. Adam Roca. I've only had positive experiences. Front desk, hygienists and the doctor himself have always been professional and friendly.

Dr Roca and his staff are phenomenal! I’ve always been prone to cavities, and his fillings are the best I’ve ever had- almost looks like the original tooth but better! He also doesn’t try to do extra work that isn’t necessary, and he works quickly but the finished work is amazing. Also, I had to make an emergency appointment and he and his staff got me in the same day. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Roca Dental for more than 15 years now and could not depend on any other dentists! Dr. Roca even came in for an emergency root canal after another dentist office had messed up a procedure. Staff is always in caring, welcoming and positive attitudes. Facility is extremely clean and they keep up with the latest technology for the better health of their patients. Thanks for all these years Roca Team!

I got a root canal from Roca dental 5 years ago and my cap has held up. Never has been loose and still looks amazing. I've seen family members deal with caps falling out after going to other dentist offices, and I'm grateful that I never had to deal with that.

Although we ended up having to be referred to a orthodontist for treatment, Dr. Roca went above and beyond to assist my wife and I during a rather unfortunate dental emergency. Dr. Roca exhibits the utmost professionalism, is incredibly responsive for someone with such a busy schedule, and genuinely cares for each and every one of his clients. If you're looking for a dentist with the most sincere intentions and your absolute best interests in mind, you - without any doubt - will not find anyone better than Dr. Adam Roca.

After my cleaning, they discovered decay and it needed to be discussed. To my surprise he suggested to try the repair with a filling instead of the more profitable crown. He even offered to credit the money paid for the fillings, if a crown is necassery after all.
The first budget friendly dentist, I encountered.
He managed to distract my brain, so i would not feel the injection. He explained what he is doing and it was an absolute painless procedure.

I LOVE Roca dental. I tried about a dozen dentists in the Arlington & DC area before I finally found Roca. I've now been a patient for 5 years and will never ever leave. The customer service is amazing, if something goes wrong they will work to fit you in quickly, you never get stuck in the waiting room, the dental work is top notch and efficient (i do not like slow dental work!), and they truly know their stuff. Highly recommend this father son team!

Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is calm.

I came from another dental practice that kept telling my son and I that we had cavities- I believe they were just looking for money because we have always had good teeth.

I have found the Roca practice to be just the opposite. They were responsive and worked with me when I had a billing concern early on. I would definitely recommend them.
