Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Got a great massage from DM! Would highly recommend for their introductory special offer, but I don’t know if I’ll return because the second massage practically doubles in price, and there are plenty of wonderful massage places in Lexington that offer cheaper services.
But the ambience is nice here, and the facility was clean and inviting. Everyone was friendly and professional. Easy to book online. No problems or complaints!

I had a great first experience. Emily was professional and kind. I got a basic massage with the goal of coming out more relaxed than when I came in. Goal met. The heated table bed was a nice surprise. Hope to be back again.

Neat place. They give HOT towels after their massages! I had a wonderful massage there. Also, their prices for members are great for massages and hair removal but I would say high for facials. It’s important to note that I didn’t try the hair removal nor the facials so I can’t speak about quality or value to cost. Lastly, the place was clean and very relaxing. The front desk did get me to sign up for a membership with the promise of a goody bag which contained free services that I will use.

The was my first ever massage experience. I Had my session with Adam today. Fabulous experience. Completely relaxed environment and very respectful of my privacy. I HIGHLY recommend this experience

I’ve been going to Rachel for over a year now and she is amazing. She is always attentive to my needs and customizes my service every time. She listens and is wonderful at focusing on problem areas. I have neck and back due to my occupation and every time I go to see her she makes me feel wonderful! I highly recommend Rachel. The front desk associates are also always very friendly and helpful. Great experiences all around.

I have been going to Kacey for facials for a while now and always have a wonderful experience! She is very knowledgeable and attentive!

I have been with Forest for a few 90 minute visits and I feel like a new woman! I have terrible scoliosis and am a hairdresser so I hurt. I had a massage 3 days ago and I'm still feeling great. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm there every month for like the last 4-5 and the consistency has really paid off. But anyway back to Forest. He listens to what I want and I don't feel awkward to tell him if I want to change something or so on. He's great and so is Hand and Stone!

I always have a relaxing massage at H&S. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is pleasant and calming. The staff is very kind and friendly. They make you feel comfortable. This has become my favorite massage spa in town.

Haven’t been to hand and stone in about 2 years. I was having some shoulder pain at work one day, and decided to book a massage. They had a last minute cancellation so I could get in same day. I was with a newer therapist named Forest who was so sweet and helpful. He walked me through everything he did. Checked in on me many times. The massage was 10/10. The front desk was so nice. The lobby was decorated so cute for spring. I am now a member! Can’t wait for my monthly massage.

I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone since they opened several years ago. I’ve always loved this place! Hannah is my personal favorite massage therapist. I love her so much that my husband started going to her as well. She has certain massage techniques other therapists haven’t used before and it’s by far the best massage! I also love that you can freeze your membership at anytime. If life gets busy and my visits rack up, I can freeze and still catch up on my sessions I’ve already paid for and haven’t had time to use.

I also recently found out I was pregnant. They do have prenatal therapists and I was sad to not have Hannah during this time, but I understand the safety protocols. I was told the pressure would be “light” due to the high risk of blood clots in pregnant women, and that I’d be on my side for the entire session. My therapist, Sam, was great! but “light” in my opinion was an understatement. It really wasn’t a massage to me, more of a relaxing/soothing touch that if you are needing to really relax, can definitely put you to sleep! If you are someone with high stress or anxiety, I’d recommend. However, I think I will stick to facials moving forward while I’m pregnant because I workout often and prefer more pressure with my massages. Not upset with them at all, just wanted to point that out for any pregnant women looking into prenatal massages. Overall a 5 star service and I can’t wait to try their facials! Hannah, please never leave! If you do..take us with you!!

Daelan was absolutely amazing! I had him right before my wedding this weekend and we had a great time and I felt so relaxed as he worked all the knots out! Can’t wait to rebook with him!!

The best decision I ever made! Brianna was amazing, she asked me questions and adjusted the service based on what I needed. I had severe back/hip pain and she worked in the exact area and explained what could be causing it and what I can do after the service to help. She stretched me and applied perfect pressure, she was really friendly and I never felt uncomfortable even once! This was my first massage and she gave me the best experience I could ever ask for. I left there with the pain gone and kept her suggestions in mind! I would 100/10 recommended Brianna and Hand and Stone!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two of the nicest, sweetest young girls. I was promptly taken care of and made to feel right at home. I've been in to purchase gift cards and now this time I am treating myself to services. Beyond excited!

Hot stone massage with Sarah was amazing. She listened to my concerns and did such a great job. It was one of my best massages ever. I joined the membership today because of her great service and the kind staff.
