Love it! Such good baked goods, and the dishes from the cafe are delicious! Get anything with gruyere and you won't be disappointed.

This place is awesome. Great selection of Swiss chocolate that I have not ever seen anywhere else nearby. The cherry danish and double espresso were delicious.

Never been to a switzerland bakery before, the place was pretty neat with all their candies, food , and wine 🍷/ alcohol etc. there baked goods was pretty good to would give it a try ☺

This is such a gem in Nova! They have a wide variety of Swiss food and baked goods! The giant pretzel is a must-have!

I highly recommend the iced mocha. They use real Swiss chocolate and the flecks of it add such a nice touch to it.

It's a bit pricey I will say, but it's well worth it. You're enjoying quality Swiss food and supporting a small business at the same time.

Wonderful full service bakery with pastry, bread, and coffee offerings for everyone's taste buds! You can even pickup meals and traditional German/Swiss sausages. Oh, the way - hungry? No worries as they even have a kitchen ready to fill your nutrition needs!

Ok this place is divine for me. The best Napolion cake in all DMV area. Their eclaire are much better than many places. You can fine couple Maggi products, egg noodles and chocolate drink specialty. God I was so late to make it there finally after living in the neighborhood for 2 years.

What a delightful gem in the mixing bowl. The pastries, bread and cookies are made fresh. The coffee is lovely and there’s a wide variety of option. The staff are clearly treated well as they are so friendly with customers and each other. The owner was in today and was greeted each customer.
We ordered 1lbs of assorted cookies, a chocolate croissant, an Apple strudel, and an oat milk latte. Everything was delicious!

I ordered some Swiss food here and it was great! The Bauernwurst was very good. Besides eating here, you can find a lot of Swiss drinks, chocolates, tea, and much more. A hidden gem in the Northern Virginia area!

I had an amazing time here. The pastries are delicious and beautifully made. They are freshly made every morning and never stale. The bread is so light and fluffy (do recommend butter with it). I did have an amazing experience with a staff there, I believe her name was Scarlett. She was able to supply me with valuable information about their different options and recommended their hot chocolate. While I usually opt. for coffee I would recommend this option 100 times over. The place is also clean and has a nice little seating area.

12/21/2022 Husband and I visited The Swiss Bakery at 2:00 just as the cafe was getting ready to close. Beautiful decorations and enjoyable meal for $29 Including a beer and apple juice. Loved it!

I love this bakery restaurant. For a little more than the price of a McDonald's breakfast, you can get a delicious swiss inspired treat or a yummy meal. I enjoyed the pastry and cookies too. Imported beer and wine are sold here as well.

Must try the breakfast egg, ham, bacon and Swiss cheese sandwich with a hazelnut iced latte. There desserts and Bakery is a bit pricey but really good. They have a cozy market and seating area. I have visited a handful of times over the past five years and it never disappoints. Service is always awesome too!

My wife enjoyed the strawberry eclair for Valentine's Day.

Great local spot. The bread is incredible. Lots of choices for all product categories. Popular breads will sell out, so go earlier rather than later.

The best chesse Danish in Northern Virginia is at The Swiss Bakery in Springfield.

I have tried almost every Chesse Danish in this area and keeping coming back to this place for one reason and one reason only.

Good bakery with lots of bread and pastry varieties. Friendly and attentive staff. Gets busy during lunch time and the atmosphere is a bit chaotic. You order drinks and food separately and pastries separately.
Roasted chicken sandwich, chicken salad and wursts are amazing.

I am a huge Black Forest cake fan. All I can say is that I smiled inside and outside after tasting one slice of their black forecast cake. It made my day! The moisture is good, and the taste is not that sweet (I don’t like cupcake sweetness level). The cherries and the chocolate (and alcohol?) made a wonderful blend of flavors.

Also ordered the other flavors, will test it out. Overall fantastic experience, and the staff was very nice packing each individual slice I ordered.

This is the first time that I made it into the store. I was so excited. The previous visits, they were closed by the time I got there. They have so much chocolate, wine, baked goods and other things. By the time I got there, they were no longer serving food. Apparently they serve it for lunch only, and I got there right before closing. I got some chocolate for the office. I haven't tried them yet. I also picked up some cookies for my dogs. They are very finicky. My girls took them and ate a little bit of one. I have a feeling that the cookies will sit there for days. Basically, they probably won't eat it ago. Oh well, I tried. The 2nd peanut butter cookie I took out of the Sam's doggie cookies bag had a hair baked into it. Kind of gross but it happens. I just broke off that piece and tossed it. They really need to work on their quality control even though the treats are for dogs. I got some desserts, and because I was too late to get food there, I ate the desserts instead. They were good, and the cookies are delicious as always. One of my close friends always get me swiss bakery's baked good for Christmas. The male employee who was working today was so helpful. Even though the store was closed and I was the last customer there, he was so patient in helping me shop and answering my question. I never felt rush, which was nice. The items can add up fast! I spent $110+ today. The jar of honeysuckle honey was $15. Bags of dog cookies were almost $10. Chocolate bars were $5.50 each, got 20. The rest was cookies and desserts. They are all worth it though!!

Wonderful place! I lived in Austria for years and they had so many cakes, foods, and items that I would often get in Austria! They even had the brand of honey I loved to buy in Austria. Wonderful food, drinks, and staff. Highly recommend :)
