We love our new replacement windows from NuSash! The installers were very professional, explained what they were doing, did a great job and cleaned everything up. The staff was very helpful and we never felt pressured. Highly recommended!

Nusash replaced the sliding glass door back in July 2022. The installer, Bob, did an excellent job. The old door was 40+ years old and extremely difficult to open and did not have a lock. As that's the only door to my backyard and having dogs who need out several times a day, I needed a door that's easy for me to open and close, and can be locked. The one Nusash installed is wonderful. It slides so smoothly and locks securely. The cost was reasonable. Bob cleaned up and hauled away the old door and old tracks. I'm very pleased with the service and product.

They have been very responsive with getting measurements and estimates. Jennifer is even making sure that we get our order in as early as possible so we don't have to wait as long for the actual windows to be made.

Called Nusash during the pandemic to get some small screens off of windows I had purchased over 20 years ago. They got the screens off for me, helped replaced the torn screens, and put them back on the windows.

Love, love, love my new windows. The entire experience was great from the sales person, to the manager to the installers.

They have windows

We originally were very pleased with the service, however about a month after the siding was put up a piece fell off. We have been trying for months to get ahold of them. Every time my husband talks to someone they say someone should be in touch with us by the end of the week. Still nothing. What do we have to do in order to get the siding fixed

I bought 10 windows from them and within about 6 years I had a problem with one of the windows called them because the windows were under warranty and they were going to charge me more than the window was worth. I will never do business with them again. I am having them replaced this year with a better product and company that will hopefully stand behind them

We had Nu-Sash put in for all of our 19 windows back in 2008. They have a lifetime warranty, so when we needed some panes replaced, we called. It cost $89 just to have the guy come out and check and measure.

They sent me a quote a week later for the free glass and installation. The 1/2 day job install job was almost $1,000. I declined their labor and asked to just order the glass and I'd install or have installed. I was told that would void my warranty to which I replied it would not. Nothing in their warranty says I must use them for installation. In fact, their installers are contractors and not even Nu-Sash employees.

I ordered the windows 3/10/22. I called again 4/26/22 and was told they didn't realize that's what I wanted, even after being told by the owner, Ron McKee, that he would have his guy order them that same day. I asked for proof they have had been ordered. No such proof has been sent.

I called again, today, 6/24/22. Spoke to Ron McKee once again. He says they've been ordered but again would not provide any proof they had been ordered. Now says could take 4-5 months.

Go somewhere else and buy windows, even if it costs a bit more. You'll be much happier in the long run.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so, so other people do not have the same HORRIBLE experience with NuSash that I have. If I could give them zero stars I would. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company. They are NOT dependable, are very rude, and have HORRIBLE customer service. After only three years of having brand new windows put in my house by this company every single balance on the windows is defective. I have been getting the run around from them for 10 months about getting this fixed. They took months to get the parts and now that they have the parts I cannot seem to get the parts from them or talk to anyone who can give me any answers or get anyone to call me back. I have reached out to the BBB, so hopefully they can help me get this resolved. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

You came to our neighborhood with obvious signs in front of every entrance stating no soliciting. Ringing our bell woke our sleeping newborn and startled my wife. Will be reported to local authorities and will never consider you for my business. Attached was left on the door. Your sales rep was unprofessional looking and looked like they were vetting our neighborhood with hood up covering most of their face.

I made a purchase to replace a window panel that broke it's seal over two years ago and it was the wrong size...I've called dozens of times to get it resolved or get refunded for my purchase...nothing has been done. They did come to pick up the glass and offered to give me new glass...I haven't gotten a call back. Will try again on Monday.

In 2003, we were in the market for purchasing replacement windows for our house. We decided to buy 13 windows and a sliding glass door from NuSASH because the company had been in business since 1934, were locally owned, and had a non-prorated limited lifetime transferable product warranty. The warranty covered the insulating glass for “as long as you own your home the glass in your windows and patio doors will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing.” NuSASH further warrants that the insulating glass unit will, under normal use and service, be free from material obstruction of vision caused by film formation between the interior surfaces of the glass due to the failure of the seal. We would be responsible for paying $59 trip charges for a serviceperson to come to hour house for making repairs. We paid $8,900 for the replacement windows and patio door.

Our sliding glass door started losing its seal last fall. We called NuSASH and spoke to Jennifer in February of 2021 and we wanted to get an estimate for replacing the sliding door glass in our patio door. We have had a myriad of excuses for not sending out a representative to check our patio door. After 4 telephone calls and two visits to their store off Brookview Road, Kevin came out to our house on April 29, 2021. He decided that both window glass panels should be replaced. He said he would send us an estimate of replacement costs through an email in a timely fashion. We paid him $89 for his visit and he said this amount would be deducted from the final replacement cost of the windows.

After three more phone calls and many weeks of silence from NuSASH, an estimate was sent via email. On July 14, 2021, the estimate did not show any free warranty glass replacement or deduction of $89 credit for his first visit. The cost of replacing the glass was $690.98. I called Kevin and wanted an explanation of the estimate. He stated that the glass company that NuSASH used was out of business and they would have to buy the glass from a different company. He also stated that he would talk to his boss and see if a better deal could be arranged. After two more telephone calls which went straight to his voice mail, no other response has been heard.

After viewing other complaints about NuSASH, many other customers have experienced the exact same responses and lack of service. If a company cannot back its warranty, all future customers should be aware of this problem before they make a purchase. I hope this information will prove helpful to anyone who is planning to purchase windows.
