Best dry cleaners! Crest never ceases to amaze me. Their quality is second to none. Last week, I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed by Young. I highly recommend her, as she does fantastic work. I was greeted by Sheyla, Betty, and Tina. They are the nicest people. I continue to come back here because of the wonderful service, friendly staff, and top notch quality. If you’re looking for the best place to take your clothes, Crest Cleaners in the Giant Food shopping center is it.

Tina is always so kind and Crest Cleaners does a wonderful job on our clothes. I’m so thankful they are near my home and they also do an amazing job! It’s not always easy to find a good dry cleaner, so I’m very thankful for them. I think they’re prices are also reasonable.

I brought my beautiful and expensive dress to Crest in Burke,VA from other cleaners place. Because they ruined my dress with a lot of spots. I recently brought in a few items to have dry cleaned.
One of my white dresses had a very tricky stain. It did not come out the first time, but Crest happily said they would try again at no additional charge.
I am happy to say the stain came out!

So appreciated Tina and the staff- had an emergency! My daughter is in a wedding today and lives in LA. She picked her dress up from being altered- put it sjtrqigjt in her suitcase and when she unwrapped her dress there were two grease like stains one of which was smack dap in the middle of the dress. I brought it over on Thursday late afternoon and picked it up yesterday. They determined that it was not grease but someone had handled it with fresh lotion on their hands- it was a long shot but not only did they get the stains out but the dress looked fantastic with the dry cleaning- it is satin! I will no longer be using my usually dry cleaner who I’ve been with for years but refused to even try on an emergency basis to even try! I’m so impressed!

I have been going to this Crest location (STORE 14) for the past few months starting 2023, and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with the service and I want to mention one of the staff members Betty. Betty has always displayed exceptional customer service and is knowledgeable about all the services provided.

I have used this cleaners for many years and have nothing but positive things to say about the service I have received. They are always very efficient and thorough. They do a great job with dry cleaning, laundry, and even alterations. I highly recommend them for being affordable, on time, and very friendly. Natalia running the store is so kind and she's been here for over 25 years so it's good supporting the community.

The staffs are always friendly, especially the Burke location. Young did an amazing job in my dresses alterations. Tina the store manager is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about the customers. Great service and quality all around. i always recommended crest cleaners to friends and family!

I’ve had many dry cleaning services at this location for the last 10 years. The Burke location is best! Everything always comes back promptly and clean! My wife used their dry cleaning and alteration services as well and has amazing things to say. Tina, the manager, is without a doubt the nicest lady I’ve met. She is very warm, welcoming, and polite. Even though my wife and I moved, we still go back to this location sometimes.
