Triton Stone of Richmond

We decided to remodel our kitchen and do the work ourselves. Elise at Triton Stone helped us tremendously with picking Granite, tile back splash, sink, faucet, grout and accents. Elise's expertise gave us confidence, and thanks to Elise everything went in just as planned. We couldn't be happier!!

We are building a lake house in KY on Cumberland Lake. Our installers purchase their quartz from Triton. Recommended we visit a Triton showroom to see samples and select the specific quartz. Dawn was absolutely amazing and really help us through the process. She listened closely to our input on the style and price points and did a great job helping us quickly and efficiently select our quartz. Recommend this Triton location for any solid surface materials needs.

We decided to replace the stone on our kitchen and bathroom countertops and went to Triton Stone in Richmond. We are very glad that we went to Triton as Jillian and Allison went out of their way to locate the stone we wanted which was not in stock locally. Our design consultant was Jillian Lynch, and she was superb. Jillian was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly, and she did everything she could to meet our needs in a timely fashion. If we ever need more stone, we will be returning to Triton.

Triton stone not only has an amazing selection of stone options but their customer service is fantastic. Elise patiently helped me sort through lots of options I loved to make my final selections, was super responsive and genuinely seemed excited about my project. Will definitely use Triton for any and all future stone needs!

We recently visited Triton Stone to select countertop materials for our kitchen remodel. We were fortunate enough to make initial contact with Jennifer Guia. She walked us through the process, took lots of time with us, and shared her extensive knowledge of the materials with us. Yenifer was very pleasant and personable, making the process enjoyable. She shared our excitement about our project but in the process she did not engage in high pressure sales tactics. She understood our budget limitations and kept us focused in the appropriate price category. She was very effective in helping us narrow down our choices in this "wonderland" of stone slabs. I feel very fortunate that we had Yenifer to guide us through the process.

I am slowly renovating a home and have been to every store in the Richmond area that sells tile, this is hands down my favorite store based on customer service, price and options. The only downside is that you have to order and wait for your tile, but they can get their hands on anything and will price match off any internet price. If I remember correctly, they were much lower than half the price on subway tile than floor and décor. Definitely worth checking out. I also purchased a bathroom vanity off their showroom floor for $250, originally priced $2,200.

Jillian Lynch is wonderful. She makes shopping here a very personable experience and gets the job done quickly. Have enjoyed working with her!!
