Highly recommend. About a year ago I had a traffic ticket and was looking for legal assistance. I found Vincenzes Law based on the other reviews and was happy that I did. Brent's fee was much more reasonable than some of the other attorneys I spoke with. He took a few minutes to discuss the details of my case and was able to have it resolved.

From the moment I met with Brent and his team, they made me feel at ease about my case. The charges brought against me weren’t easy to beat but with their expertise, I did not stress while awaiting my court date. My son received a reckless driving ticket several months back. After some research on the internet, we hired the Vincenzes law firm to represent him in juvenile court. We did so because of all the great reviews we read. Also, some people were telling us that it wasn’t necessary to hire a lawyer but I am here to tell you they were wrong. Brent and Sean gave us great advice on what to do ahead of our court appearance and that preparation paid off. We went before a judge that was tough but fair. The judge wanted to make sure that not only did our son take this matter seriously, but that his parents did also. We proved that to him by hiring the Vincenzes law firm, and specifically, Sean O’Brien to represent us. Sean was able to talk to the police officer ahead of time, and reached an agreement with him to recommend a lower charge of failure to obey a traffic sign. After reading through all our documentation, and delivering a much deserved lecture to our son about the seriousness of the original charge, the judge accepted the recommendation and added community service hours to the verdict. He said our son had his lawyer, the police officer and his parents to thank for his reduced sentence. I am absolutely certain that we would not have gotten such a great outcome without Sean at our side. I had an Assault & Battery on my record and was able to get the charges completely dismissed with the help of Brent by drafting up documentation to appease the victim and come to a mutual agreement. Brent and his assistant, Josh, excelled beyond my expectations with constant communication to keep me at ease during the entire time. Brent was very knowledgeable and definitely a great choice as a criminal defense attorney. The best part about him (to me) is that he charged a very reasonable rate unlike other attorney's who wanted an arm and a leg to draft up documentation for the victim and present it in court.

When and if you need a lawyer- you want to find a lawyer you can trust, that is extremely knowledgeable, and cares about you and your outcome. Brent Vincenzes is that lawyer. I have worked with several different lawyers in this area and I can say without a doubt Brent is far and away the best in the area. Brent listens, is confident, and truly exceeded all my expectations. I spent a day at the courthouse listening to other cases, some very similar to mine. After recently receiving a reckless driving on 495 (75/55), I was nervous about where to start looking for representation due to reckless driving being a criminal charge in VA. But after seeing the amount of great reviews online and talking with Mr. Vincenzes...It was an easy decision! He assured me that I could trust the process and I would receive a reduced charge based on my facts and current driving record. Joshua added to the great experience by keeping communications open and assuring me everything was good to go, even up until 10 pm the night before the case when I had some questions. Sure enough my charge was reduced to a failure to obey a highway sign!! I could not be happier with the services I received and the outcome of my case. I would like to start off by saying thank you to O'Brien and the team for an outstanding job they did for my fiance on his two charges he got. The price they charged for their service was reasonable and beyond worth the price. They took a possible felony charge and knocked it down to a misdemeanor. Another charge dropped to just speeding. When all said and done just fines to pay. Their communication with you is outstanding, always kept you informed. They were also very easy to talk to and down to earth. I highly recommend their office.
