I’ve been consistently really happy with the dry cleaning and alterations. I recently brought in a dress that needed sewing on the strap. They did a really great job with the sewing and even made sure to put a tag on the belt with the dress so that it wouldn’t get misplaced. They’ve always been responsive and provide great service. Did a great job dry cleaning some wool coats that I’ve had for many years. Will keep coming back.

I have used this small business for several years but moved. When. I needed same day service I knew I had to call. The woman at the register called when the delivery person arrived to give me a 15 min heads up. Great service.

I’ve only had my dry cleaning done once here and had a bridesmaids dress cleaned. It was very dirty after dancing, etc. They cleaned it extremely well and it looks as good as new! I haven’t had anything else done here but will definitely go back if I need additional dry cleaning done.

Affordable and quality cleaning! Always timely and easy to retrieve all items.

I've had dry cleaning done here on and off for the last couple years. Generally always satisfied with quality and price. I participated in a line discount program due to an agreement with the building I formerly resided in. Might be worth checking out to see if they still offer.

Too expensive

Used to be a customer back in 2014, and I thought I should give them another chance. They do the exact same thing that they
did 10 years ago, they probably use the press on top of buttons, destroying them each time on shirts. I never had anything similar with another place won’t be coming back.

The blanket I brought in for cleaning came back with a lot of lint and long hairs that weren't mine! It looked as if it had been folded up on a dirty surface and returned to me for $25. This is the second time I've gone to Cupid Cleaners, and both times were disappointing.

WARNING: Avoid their alteration service!! They hemmed my pants twice as much length than I had asked and then refused to fix it without an additional cost! With some mediation, the seamstress reluctantly agreed to fix it without charge, but then returned the item of clothing completely unchanged!! While their cleaning service is hit or miss but expensive, the poor and dishonest alteration service is abhorrent! I've been a customer of their cleaning service for eight years... sadly, after this experience, I can no longer support their business.

Took in a north face jacket to be cleaned and received it back with tears in it. The jacket cost over 100 and they were only willing to give me 50. Never go there
