Kentucky Urgent Care (Lexington Urgent Care - Nichols Park Dr.)

These ladies here are phenomenal! I can't say enough about the clinic and staff. From registration, to testing, nurses and doctors everyone here is so educated, informative and kind! We have been sick all season with 4 children and myself so I've been here time and time again and it is honestly the best medical establishment I've been to! I tell them every time I leave how great they are and how much I appreciate them! They've been great for both children and adult issues. This is the place to go!

I was sick and went to this location and was impressed with the compassion and efficiency of this office. I would recommend to anyone who can not get into see their primary care doctor. I will never go to another Urgent Care Center ever again. Thank you all so very
much and I appreciate the attentiveness of the entire staff

I went in this past Thursday and wasn’t feeling too great, that was until Taylor helped me. Amazing beside manner, attentive, and just all around nice. Everyone else over there was cool too. Definitely recommend everyone to come here!

I've been here a couple of times and always get taken care of really great. The nurses are helpful and friendly, and the doctor as well

Moved to town about a year ago and this office has fixed me up every time I’ve needed it. Wonderful staff and SUPER quick to provide needed care.

Super fast and pleasant experience here today! I generally try to avoid urgent care places but today everyone from the nurse who did my tests to the doctor were so nice, quick, and efficient. I was in and out in probably less than an hour, which I did not expect! Highly recommend this location if you’re seeking urgent care!

This is a great urgent care. They are open until 9PM which is priceless in urgency and they are open 7 days a week. The registration process was easy to follow and streamlined. First I waked in and filled out the check-in form. Then while waiting in car I got sent a link to complete registration. After completion, I received another text that it’s my turn. Nurse got vitals really quick and doctor showed up right after. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love them here the staff is so caring and listen to everything I had to say in every problem I was having even on things I wasn't even there for. Dr. Deskins is absolutely amazing he was very comfortable to talk to I made it easy for me to be able to decide what I needed to do for treatment

Prompt service despite being fairly busy with COVID-testing and other patients. Appears to accept most insurance plans. Surprisingly quick turnaround on x-rays, only about 20 minutes to have them read. The doctor made an effort to ensure we had a contact for continuing care and offered a referral. Not that we plan on going to urgent care regularly, but if anyone in the family needs urgent care in the future we will definitely return to this location.

This place was so helpful! I showed up right at 9:00 when it opened so I was the first patient, thus minimal to no wait time. The receptionist sent a text and I checked in via the link in the text from my car. You can even pay your insurance copay through the online portal while you’re sitting in your car which is very efficient and convenient. I was checked out by the doctor and my symptoms matched COVID and the flu. I received both tests (unfortunately 4 sticks up my nose which was quite unpleasant!!) but results came back within 15 min. I was given the choice to sit and wait for results or have them call. I waited there in the parking lot. I got the results and was sent a prescription. Super easy and a good experience..especially since I felt terrible. I highly recommend this urgent treatment center! No complaints here :)

We had the very best experience. Our daughter was seen today by multiple people. All of the staff gave great care and were very thorough. Office staff was friendly and efficient. One of the doctors had come in on his day off to follow up on things and took the time to consult with our doctor and make sure she received the best care. Mohamed and Dr Robbie went above and beyond. We are so grateful for them today ❤ Highly recommend this lexington Urgent Care !

I was in here for rapid Covid test after a long travel on road from west coast to see some friends in city. Appointment was quickly available and easy to book on urgentcareofky.com. On arrival at site I was warmly greeted. asked to complete the registration. Also I was treated very well during the test. And report/ result was promptly sent back to me. They accepted my insurance so it was free test for me.
I will recommend them to anyone I know.

I visited this office yesterday, and I will definitely go back! Everyone I interacted with was polite, kind and attentive. That means so much when you feel awful. I’ve been to other clinics where you feel like you’re just being ushered in and out, and they don’t really take the time to treat you properly.....not here though. I was thoroughly examined and given treatment, and am already feeling better today! Please consider this clinic the next time you need urgent care!!

I came in last minute near closing with an ear infection. The staff didn't make me feel rushed through the check in and exam, everything was done in a timely manner (easy exam, since it was obvious what was wrong)

I had driven all over Lexington trying to find an urgent care to do a physical for me. I walked in to this place and the front desk woman was very sweet and helpful. The NP that did my physical was extremely kind and helpful. Great experience overall, just for a check up.

I brought my daughter to urgent care since our pediatrician’s office was closed. They were so wonderful from check-in to check-out. She struggled to cooperate for her throat culture but the nurses were so patient and caring! The doctor was so nice and explained things to me and then even to my daughter, on her level. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Was seen today May 14 couldn’t hardly stop coughing with mucus … from the front door to the nurses to the amazing Doctor A+ service …was treated like a Queen a sick Queen so taken care of !!!
