I had the pleasure of speaking with Sandy at Rose Florist yesterday. An extremely kind and thoughtful individual whom assisted me with a beautiful bouquet 💐 for an old friend in Virginia who just had a baby.
Sandy was eager to ensure us she would make a bouquet that I was happy with.

I could not be more pleased. Sandy called me to let me know the flowers had been delivered as well! A true professional.

Late last week, it fell to me to order a floral arrangement for our committee. A responsibility I took very seriously. Since our committee is located here in the City of Fairfax, I wanted to deal with a local florist. After reviewing several of the City’s florists, I settled on Rose Florist. Their price range was fair, and the designs were lovely. Placing the order was a breeze. I am one to call rather than try to order on-line. The service I received was excellent. I dealt with a lovely woman, and though I never asked, I am sure she was Rose, who helped me with my arrangement. I placed the order late in the afternoon, hoping the flowers could arrive the next morning. I was assured they would, and they did. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements of flowers I have ever seen. When looking for a florist, look no further than Rose Florist, in the City of Fairfax.

This florist is hands down the best I've ever encountered. They put together beautiful arrangements of fresh flowers for a fair cost. Also, the flowers last a long time, all the while keeping the looks and freshness you want. BTW, they are also very nice and helpful!

100% recommend! They are so sweet and do such a great job- have gotten flowers from them for numerous occasions and I drive 20 minutes because of the customer service. Would recommend getting flowers from them directly as they personalize and really make the bouquets special.

What a beautiful bouquet of flowers! I sent this bouquet to someone today and I originally had the wrong delivery date on it. I called the store to correct this when they were not even open and they still called me back immediately and corrected it and delivered on time! Amazing service and beautiful fresh flowers! Fairfax Florist is my #1 go to florist for all my family celebratory Floral needs from now on and forever more. I've ordered several arrangements over the years for my Mother In-law and never had the need to complain until Saturday after sending what I thought would be a stellar bouquet of Birthday Flowers. I arrived at her Home around mid-day from Charlotte, NC to Fairfax, VA expecting to see a beautiful arrangement upon my arrival. However, I didn't find the Arrangement to my satisfaction, and I immediately called the Florist, and was told don't worry we'll make it right. Guli the Manager was very accommodating and extremely patience, after calming me down in order to hear my disappointment, she assured me, I would have no worries. Well to say the least, Guli is a Manager of her word and sent another Arrangement that's shown below that is outstanding. I can't thank her enough, my Mother In-law is 89yrs old and we want nothing less than the absolute best for her at this time. I appreciate your prompt attention to my concerns and correcting what I now consider forgotten and a renewed respect for Rose Florist of Fairfax.

We had a vision for a boutonniere and Rose Florist nailed it. They are very talented and committed to customer service. I was able to see many of their creations while in their shop and I can tell you that they will be my Go-To Florist from now on. Why go to a big chain grocery store for your flowers when you can go to the these masters? Call them or drop in…you won’t be sorry!

I’m late on posting this but I reached out to this florist on the last minute (ie that day ) to make a bouquet for my Aunt's wedding . Not only were they able to do a nice arrangement in suck a short notice, but they were able to match the colors she wanted perfectly . I would recommend anyone to this florist. They are fast, reliable, and great customer service .

I had to throw together a last minute wedding in less than 2 weeks. I went to another florist in the area to order a bridal bouquet, but was denied because of the short timeline. On my way home, I noticed a sign for Rose Florist on the side of the road. I walked in with low expectations after being told by a competitor florist that my request was unrealistic. Well that wasn't the case with Rose Florist. They gave me the 5-star treatment! They made sure I could get the bouquet of my dreams, even with such a short turn around time. They went above and beyond with customer service and professionalism. The bouquet turned out perfect and exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend Rose Florist!

Called last minute before closing for pickup the next day in the morning. Not only did they get the order and have it ready for me, I was blown away! If you like something on their website you will love it seeing it in person. I can’t wait to order again!

Needed a special delivery for a friend staying in FairFax. Call Zee at Rose florist told him what I needed the end result to be and he NAILED IT!!! Zee was able to print a picture that brought a smile to my friend on a tough day. The flowers had the soft fragrance I requested, then there was the wine and cheese basket again 'NAILED IT" Thanks so much Zee

The staff here is incredibly professional and welcoming. The options of flowers, champagne, and overall baskets are beautiful for birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals. Not only that, but they carefully care for your amazon packages if you ever need to order through them as a hub. 5 of out 5 star review. Thank you guys so much for being here!

I've never made a google review before, and reviews aren't really my thing, but this service was above and beyond, so it's worth it. After another florist failed to make a delivery on time for my sister's birthday, I called Rose Florist basically crying to see if they could do it. (For background, my sister has special needs, and this is the most important day of the year for her). It was already after business hours, and Zee was already home, but he went back to the shop, put together a bouquet, and delivered it to my sister. The flowers were stunning. They were honestly perfect, and he got them there in under an hour. I have not seen service like that anywhere else. This will be the only florist I use in northern Virginia going forward.

Zee did a fantastic job putting flowers together for my son’s small wedding on 1/8/22. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, red and white roses and baby’s breath. They were just what I had envisioned. The wedding was very small (immediate family only) and we decided on flowers about 10 days before the event. Despite short notice, Zee was so easy to work with and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I ordered flowers by phone for a friend who was mourning a loss. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and said she would make up a beautiful arrangement. My friend was very pleased with the flowers. I highly recommend this florist.
