F45 Training Mosaic District

This place is in every way the perfect place to workout! I’ve been going for almost 2 years now and appreciate the time and effort the coaches will take to understand your goals and how they can help you achieve them!

I did not think I would be saying this or still going to this place a year later but, you form a bond with the coaches, the people in your class…it makes it easier to get through the workouts and you look forward to going to class!

I’ve been to a few separate locations and none that I ended up committing to like I did to the mosaic location and team!

- way more energy, strengthen an injured ankle, almost at 200 classes, got into better shape and love that they motivate you not push you to your limits.

Great workout to get the day started! I went to the cardio day and was not disappointed. By the end of the class I was completely drenched and my heart was racing. The instructor was fun, very clear, and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

This gym is exceptional at keeping you motivated and making the time pass efficiently. I love it ! Is the only place that I can go to workout! The trainers are the best, they are so friendly and they help you a lot! Is a good environment. I will choose a hundred times that place.

My experience at F45 is great. I like the versatile and always changing workouts that keep you going. But without the right team and coaches you can easily lose direction and hurt your self. I find coaches and staff at F45 Mosaic to be professional, friendly and motivational. The facility itself is extremely clean and following strict state guidelines during this pandemic making feel safe.

The F45 Mosaic District team always makes sure you have a fun, safe and functional workout. No matter your age and skill level, the workouts help you challenge yourself. I love that the workouts are ever changing and the trainers keep you motivated. The studio is clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

I workout 4-5 days per week and have been in and out of gyms my entire life. This weekend I tried F45 Mosaic District and had the most challenging full-body workout that I have ever had! The Instructor/Trainer (Eric) provided real-time feedback that helped me to adjust and get the most out of each station which helped a great deal. The owners are active participants in the classes so the studio is proactively managed. The instruction was on-point, and the music and energy were amazing! F45 Mosaic is a must for anyone in the area who is serious about wellness and fitness and desire a supportive community environment for working out.

F45 mosaic is absolutely amazing and for all levels! The place is clean, staff are very personable and fun to workout with. I love how they explain all the steps before starting the workout and how they have everything ready for you so you don’t have to do the guessing game on where to go next or what material to work with. Love love love. Recommend to anyone 100% !

What an effective and efficient workout! I have done a handful of classes already and have loved every one of them. They are varied and you feel you are mixing it up each time you visit. There is no doubt this is a tough workout so it makes it worth your time - no phoning it in at the gym! The ability to customize basically each station and exercise is so awesome - you can make it as challenging as you want; or adjust it to meet your needs or limitations for that day. Studio is new. State of the art; super clean; great location; and the staff is top notch and personable. Highly recommend!

F45 Mosaic is the best! (and Vienna now, too!) The coaches do an incredible job of not only motivating you but also making sure you’re doing the workout safely while challenging yourself. This was the first place I’d been to do this style of workout, so I can say that it’s a great place no matter your experience level.

I was skeptical of F45 coming from Crossfit and other types of Programs. I have been really impressed by the intensity of the workouts with very achievable exercises. There is always something different and the structure of the programming keeps everything interesting. The team at Mosaic has been really welcoming and has built a strong community

F45 Mosaic is awesome! The coaches are energetic and super helpful when trying to push everyone to their fullest potential. Every day the workouts change making each class new and fun. The studio is super clean too! 10/10

F45 Mosaic has been an incredible experience! The coaches and trainers are wonderful and care about you. This F45 offers multiple times throughout the day that it’s easy to be consistent with going to class! Love them and would highly recommend!

This is my first time at a non-traditional gym, and so far I am really liking it. After the 7-day trial, I decided to join because I really haven’t worked out this hard since I was in high school! I especially like how every day is a different workout. Super glad to have found f45!

The workouts are challenging and different every day. Coaches are fun and knowledgeable, and the music is great. 45 minutes flies by and I leave feeling like I got in an awesome workout If never do on my own!

I am so glad I joined F-45. I love the group workouts. It keeps me motivated & I get the coaching I need to make sure I am getting the most out of my workout. I am new & everyone has been so warm & welcoming. Can’t wait to build a community here for many more years to come.

F45 is amazing!! The staff is super friendly, fun and they are focused on meeting your goals! The workout is tough but everytime you go, you know you are getting stronger! You don't have to be an athlete to be apart of F45, you just need to show up and give it your best!! Try it, it's worth it!

I've been very skeptical about workout programs like these, but F45 has been awesome! Love the trainers, the music, and the workouts. I usually lift heavy + accessory workouts and do cardio, but adding F45 into my regimen has been the perfect complement to my workouts, keeping my muscles active, even on my off days. So glad I found this place!

The first class is the hardest. But the staff was friendly and welcoming. Isaiah (trainer) was encouraging and attentive without being pushy. I really enjoyed today's class and can't wait to return! Great for that small gym experience. Especially if you're like me and hesitant to get back in the gym with COVID still going on.
