This is the third time that a member of my family has bought vehicle from Don. He is very down to earth, and a lot of fun to work with. He has never let us down with our purchases. Should we ever need another vehicle, J &J Autoville is where we're going. 🙂

I had a wonderful experience buying my first car here. Don was very upfront about any known issues with the cars I was interested in and provided printed copies of the Carfax—so helpful! He was happy to let me take the car I was considering purchasing to my mechanic (shoutout to Wayne's Imported!) and responsive to concerns I had based on that evaluation. He made the whole process pleasant and I feel confident I got a fair price on car that I absolutely love!

I highly recommend checking out J and J Autoville if you’re searching for a decently priced used vehicle that isn’t garbage. Just a couple days ago I bought my first ever car from here and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Don is great, very professional, doesn’t pester you while looking at vehicles but is right near by if you have questions. He is very honest and is willing to let you test drive a car for as long as you feel needed. He was flexible with us and showed up early before he opened to meet with our busy schedules. He was fine with us taking the car to a mechanic to have it checked out before purchase. The purchase process was quick and easy and he is able to register the car for you for a small fee so you don’t have to wait at the DMV! Thank you so much, I am so happy with my decision to buy this car!

Don was very honest about his cars. We called about the two Honda Hybrids cars he had. On the phone Don was very open and honest about his two cars. We ended up purchasing one from him. Could not be happier with it. Drove it around for a few weeks. All it needed was a oil change and brake fluid replaced. Will do business with again. Thank you Don for making it an easy purchase.

The best customer service experience. I was able to browse and test drive multiple vehicles with no high pressure to buy. Both Don and Daniel answered my questions to the fullest. We had been searching for a used car for several weeks and had visited numerous independent used car dealers in Roanoke. We were so disappointed with the dishonesty and attempts to cover up damage and underlying issues at all of these other dealers. Then we were referred to J & J Autoville - Donnie was by far the most professional and honest dealer we encountered. There was nothing hidden or concealed when it came to the cars on the lot and his prices were fair. He made the whole process so easy. We would definitely refer and buy there again. Thank you!

Bought a 2008 Toyota Sienna from here yesterday. Gentleman was absolutely great to work with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location. During our hunt for a vehicle we had gone to several lots in Roanoke. This was the first family owned lot that we came across that seemed genuine, legitimate, and knowledgeable. None of the vehicles were overly cleaned making it to where you could very clearly see if there was a major issue under the hood. You're also able to get a 30day tag or metal tag. The metal tag is exactly like what you get from DMV. I think that's awesome that this location is able to save you that extra trip that we all know we dread.

Can't say enough about the folks at J and J Autoville. This is by far one of the best places to do business if you are looking for a good quality used car at a good price. A very pleasant environment, not pushy . This is the second car we have bought from J and J and we are pleased to have an honest, good salesman to do business with. My son is very happy with the Honda he bought last year and my dad is very pleased with the car he purchased today. Don was great to deal with at J&J Autoville. Even though it was a holiday Don made sure he was available when we arrived. Don had the car ready for us and the car looked exactly like it did in his pictures. There were no processing fees as advertised. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. It was one of the best experiences we had in buying a car.

I bought a 2002 Honda CRV from him that he'd only had on his lot about a week. I took it to my mechanics to have them check it over and all they found was the tires needed balancing. I'm really impressed with the way he does business, and he is incredibly nice and fair!

This guy was completely honest! He would not sale me a car because a little something was wrong with it!! He wasn't just trying to make a sale! This is a great place! I will drive 3 hours again to buy a car from him!

Can’t say enough about the place it was great he told us to drive the car as long as we needed to to makesure that was what we wanted and he even worked with us on the price dropping it down by 1100.00 I would definitely recommend him to anyone it’s a great place and a great bunch of people to buy from highly recommend this lot for anyone that wants to buy a good used vechile

Upfront guy bought a Lincoln mix from him and it was great until someone hit me from behind but all in all great experience
