Just the absolute best pharmacy ever. Everyone is so polite and they make sure they get your medication before you run out. So glad I switched from CVS.

Best pharmacy in the area. Great customer service, reasonable price as well. If you don’t have health insurance, they will give you discount. They will try their best to fulfill your request, unlike the other big brand pharmacies had long wait and ignored you; they always try their best to help you. If you are unhappy with other pharmacies, switch to here asap!

So nice having a smaller pharmacy in the area. The staff always remembers your face when you walk in, and are always eager to help with any questions :)

Excellent service with great friendly staff. I highly recommend their services. They have a nice seating area for you to wait while filling your prescription.

My only regret is not changing from CVS to this pharmacy earlier (like my wife had been telling me to do for a year now). KC has excellent customer service every time I have had to consult with them, which to be honest i was not expecting after all the negative interactions I have had with corporate pharmacies. I would highly recommend this place

My insurance no longer puts them as a preferred pharmacy, but compared to CVS or Walmart, I still put up with driving 95 to use them. Some of their prices still beat the others. They also let me know when they are ready.

I have been a frequent customer of KC Pharmacy for quite some time. The staff has ALWAYS be courteous, competent, and compassionate. You can tell you are seen NOT as a number but as a human being in need of their support. Recently, KC typically went above and beyond, arranging home delivery of an item we had exhausted. ANY praise I can give would NOT be enough. Their motto should be “Customer First” because that’s what they deliver! PRAISE GOD FOR THEM!!

BEST PHARMACY EVER!!! Staff is great and super friendly. Gigi, the pharmacist, is super knowledgeable, very friendly and she's always smiling. If you have any questions or concerns, She takes her time to answer and explain in details. Go there more than once, and they will call you by your name, it's like you're a family. Clean and friendly environment. They also have delivery service. You wouldn't know what I'm talking about until you go and experience the perfect treatment that a patient/client can get.

I just want to say thank you to everyone at KC. From the initial call to transfer all our prescriptions from another pharmacy to the pick up - it was seamless! Such a joy to have personal care like this. Thank you!

This is the best pharmacy ever. The pharmacist here is super amazing and caring. She always make sure that my medication is in therefore I have to never worry about getting my medication. Even if any of my medication does not get covered by my insurance then she always has good prices too. Also, technicians that work their are so sweet and helpful. KC pharmacy is very good at making sure you get your prescriptions fast and on time.

I really wish I would have started to use this pharmacy sooner! The service that Gigi provided was excellent, she was very kind and polite. Its nice to see when people remember everyone by name. I was able to get in and out within 20 minutes of being there and the waiting area was quite comfortable too. They have a good selection of different medicinal needs and also have a snack and drink section to. This is a very convenient location for me become its next to two of my doctors offices.

The best experience I have had at a pharmacy! I have always had trouble with pharmacies- both CVS and Walgreens were always out of my medications and it took hours on phone calls and waiting in lines just to get my prescriptions sorted out. I decided to try out KC Pharmacy and I am so happy I found them! They are so attentive and helpful. I was helped immediately from the moment I arrived. The staff were very sweet and professional and began filling my prescriptions right away. They even offered to have my prescriptions delivered to my home! The pharmacy was also very organized and I found everything I needed. I will be switching over and recommending them to everyone. 10/10 KC Pharmacy! Thank you for making my pharmacy experiences so pleasant!

This is an awesome pharmacy to use. The owner is so nice and breaks her back trying to get your medication in on time. They are all so pleasant to deal with there fast no waiting and always treated me so nice and greeted me with a smile not to mention if you don’t have insurance their prices are unbeatable!! All around a great pharmacy and great people to deal with!!! I recommend this place to anyone who wants smiling, hard working and a great prices, then this is your place to use......

The best. They know all of their customers by name. Always greet you with a smile. NEVER are rude. Have a kind word and let you know you're welcome in their "family" if you will. They make you feel you belong. If they don't have the medicine, they let you know and try to get it the next day. Thank you KC Pharmacy, you guys have made it so easy for the community

I love this pharmacy! The pharmacist listens to your needs and goes out of her way to help! And I love the fact that I save money on purchases on other things that are at other pharmacies! It's like a one stop shop!! Go there! You won't be disappointed ! GiGi is also such an amazing Pharmacist!

I love this place and it’s such a blessing for them to be so close to my house. They are small and recognize their patiences. Whenever I go in they know exactly who I am, they are quick, polite, and helpful. They call me with updates and always ask my consent first. The best thing they for me was that they have scooter rentals for foot or ankle injuries. I really needed something for mobility and it was such good fortune that they had it. This pharmacy has everything. I would highly recommend it.

Got my shingles and flu vaccines there. Very helpful, friendly staff! Knowledgeable professional pharmacist. Great experience. Looks like perfect place to have prescriptions filled, convenient location, and does not seem like some big chain. Glad they have delivery, too!

This Pharmacy is by far the BEST PHARMACY EVER! The Pharmacist and the Pharmacy tech were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The were compassionate and extremely accommodating. My grandson is visiting here from Texas and unfortunately was bitten by our family dog, and had to be rushed to the ER. The doctor gave a prescription that was not available at any other pharmacies. Walgreens told me about KC PHARMACY. I called them and they gave the names of the scripts, not only did they tell they had them, when explain that my daughter and grandson did not have insurance they provided me with a discount. Words can not express how they Blessed my life. Back in 2010 they also provided exceptional service to my mom who was terminally ill. The long and short is KC IS AMAZING. If you or your family is ever in need a compassionate knowledge Family oriented pharmacy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KC Pharmacy! I LOVE YOU KC!

Best Pharmacy around, no questions asked!!! Dr. Gigi is amazing and so personable, she answers questions promptly and is very compassionate with her customers/patients. She, always goes out of her and way offers to call doctors for you. So much better than going to CVS, plus you support a small business since its owned individually by the pharmacist. We are lucky to have her in Lorton!!!
