Our conversation on April 21st, 2024, provided me with clarity, understanding, and guidance for all of the questions that lingered within my spirit and caused restlessness. I'm now comfortable with whatever actions I may or may not pursue in the future. From our very first conversation your team explained the complete process in detail. I received videos and literature that helped prep myself for understanding of legal terms and processes which enabled our counseling sessions to go smoothly. Your team was clear and concise about the fees. I really appreciate the fact that there were no hidden or small print fees that magically appeared. You guys were spot on. This is A. Tobin writing a revised review from the one I posted 2 days ago. I received an email and phone call from Emily V yesterday apologizing for the overlook on my case. She explained that there must have been an error in the system that prevented my case from moving forward. After sending an email and posting the review, I was immediately contacted and I very much appreciate this. I understand that technology sometimes has problems, so I am glad I reached out. Emily and I talked about my case, discussed a few follow-up questions and she promised that my case would be forwarded to the contingency lawyers with a response coming soon.

The Spiggle Law Firm is one of the only law firms that I found who will repent a client that did nothing wrong and was being harassed at work due to using FMLA leave. They have been very thorough with explaining the process and the intake process for the firm was extremely easy. Not having to meet in person but having the option to communicate via phone, portal, and email has been extremely helpful when dealing with an extremely sick spouse.
