This is a good store. I've never met so many competent employees and very professional too. Any question I give they always have a top notch answer. The owner helped me get a hardhat on properly.

The machine either owns you or you own the machine. That's the type of attitude he was giving me and with a genuine smile on his face. Great service!

Truly a wonderful store. The most kind courteous and helpful staff you could ever hope to encounter. The store is clean and neat and has absolutely everything you could ever need from tools to gardening supplies to propane tanks to welcome mats we will be shopping here for many years. If you are looking for some old parts, go there. The best customer service. I have been looking for chicken wire all over town, no store carry it the perfect size for my tomatoes and green bean climber. Surprising i found in here, only under $15. Save me over $100, $100 to buy online, already made the chicken wire cages for vegetables plant to protect from bird...

Staffs are very helpful and prices are reasonable/ discounted. One thing I liked about this place is that it had a variety of niche items you may not find in big box store. Worth check this out.

This is a great little hardware store if you're really into arcana. It does have a lot of things and is reasonably well staffed. It is much better than Home Despot and bigger hardware stores.

Old School hardware store. Guys who work there have years of experience making home repairs. Small store that is stacked to the rafters with items. Ask for help or may never find what you need. Also puzzles and model airplanes.

This is a smaller version of the main st true value store. Inventory is smaller but it's close to work. Use this for our work supplies. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Still has that small town feel to it.

This is the definition of an old fashioned hardware store. It's not home depot or lowes.. but they have your basic needs. They always have a couple of old timers working there that have been around for yeeaarrss and want to help you. The personal service provided by these old times brings you back to a day when customer service was important. I dont care if they are $1 more expensive than home depot even tho they are usually the same price, I'm going here for whatever I can.

Been around forever. Small but accessible. Friendly helpful staff. Has the odd article the big box stores don't have. Since Orchard closed this is a go to hardware store.

This is best service I’ve ever had hands down.I went to a work picnic nearby and won a 65 tv that was sticking out of the trunk of my Cadillac XTS .I went to true value to look for rope to tie the trunk down.The person helping me was Joseph nicest person you will ever met ,he helped me tie down my tv ( he went out of he’s way ).I will definitely recommend this true value to everyone.Five star service.(hard to find and believed extinct)
