I usually always order the tostada salad bowl which is the best thing here (at least I think so). They fry the tortilla on the spot so it takes a few minutes.

I got the burrito bowl with el pastor and yum yum yum!! Its fast, they're pretty friendly, and they have amazing Mexican soda with a ton of diff flavors. Theres always enough places to sit even when theres a line because a lot of people take their food for takeout. It's also one of the cheapest places to get lunch for the huge amount of food they give you.

We were obsessed with this chicken sandwich and fries. We went to order and it appears it may no longer be available. Please bring it back, you nailed it - ten out of ten from me!

This is my go-to burrito place in Berkeley. Not only is the quality of the food top notch (really excellent carnitas), but the food is consistently good, the prices are amazing, and the salsa bar has more than just picked jalapenos. The only complaint I have is that they're not open 24/7 - but that's lucky for me, otherwise I would turn into a burrito.

Affordable, delicious, and large portions makes this my favorite go-to spot for lunchtime! Efficient service and decent sized salsa bar included. Perfect if you don't want to break the bank for a solid meal.

Delicious Mexican food at reasonable prices. Pollo Verde is spicy and so good, Al Pastor likewise. Super tacos with rice, beans and all the toppings - they make everything just how you like. Recommended.

My regular go-to at least once a week. Can't beat the super nice staff, great owner and good food. I LOVE to get carnitas street tacos. Recently had the flautas and loved them too. If you like spicy or mild, they've got you covered. They have a wonderful salsa bar, 8 different meat options and a tasty tofu option. Lots of menu options! Try the nachos with picadillo, great combo.

Delicious tacos, burritos, quesodillas, and more. Generous portions at reasonble (for Berkeley) prices, making this a good deal among all the choices in the area. The burro is cute, too. The service is not super quick, so if there's a line it can move slowly, but the upside is that your order is made with care every time.

As good as it gets. Food is prepared with customers in mind and it is reflected in the staff and management. Great price along with unique options (nutella burrito) and a great mural on the wall. Go if you can. 5 Stars.

Love this place. We've been going here for over 6 years. The management changed about 2 years ago, and it's been all for the better. Streamlined menu and still the best bang for the buck anywhere. Love the al pastor fries!

As a native Mexican, I have gotten pretty picky with Mexican food, but I love this place it is so fresh and they use great quality meat. The salsa is really good too, I love the carnitas!

This place is awesome, clean, simple menu, fast and friendly service, and most importantly their portions are generous! I am a Cal Alumni, I have eaten at nearly every eating facility around the University, and this place is by far the best and most authentic.

This is a must-go-to foodie stop. The meat was tender and delicious. There are hot sauces on the wall for your convenience and comfortable seating. The food is terrific for such a low price.

Tasty + affordable vegan burrito with free guac! Kind of gross to listen to other patrons order meat without any regard for animals or the environment, so I recommend takeout.

I’ve had almost everything off the menu and have never been disappointed. The staff is super friendly and really remember and appreciate their regular customers (me!!). Would definitely recommend!

Awesome food, Id recommend the spicy chicken. Cool variety of chilis. Owners are pretty chill. I hear that if you ride the burro up front you get a free quesadilla.

I just got a super burrito, and it was huge, delicious, and very satisfying. I met the owner who is a very friendly and helpful man. What a great place!
