Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have now been to the Layton Ut. Facility 2 times in the last year. Both vehicles I was using were very nice. CLEAN. Inside and out. I have to say that the employees in this branch are A.++++++. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted and it was a genuine hello. The staff makes sure that you are taken care of as quickly as possible. Even when they are very busy. These folks make a person know that they will be a happy person when they leave. Keep up the great work you guys and gals. Referrals will be given by me in all chances that come my way.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and a diligent in getting me into my rental. I would especially like to thank Jennifer for her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond in assisting me. I will definitely rent again from Enterprise following this experience. Thanks again to all.

They were great! My truck had to have some repairs and I needed a car for anywhere from a day to a week and they were great to prorate me if the truck gets repaired sooner. Dante was very professional and thorough but also is very quick to get me in the vehicle. I'm very happy with pricing and services offered.

Car was great. The employee that picked me up (I cannot remember her name) was pleasant and explained steps for the rental that we’d complete once we arrived at Enterprise and then got me going quickly. When I did have a concern about the rental management (Cruz) resolved it for me quickly and made me happy again, and Mark, who drove me to the shop at the end of my rental, was pleasant, patient with me while I moved all the stuff from my rental to the car he was transporting me in, and gave me a hand in moving it, and safe. Good experience overall.

I had a great experience with Enterprise. They were easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate my transportation needs. When I was returning my car, the staff was able to drive me to my home so I wouldn't be stranded. The staff was kind and courteous throughout the process, and I was genuinely pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

We Rented an SUV from the Layton Enterprise and we were so impressed with the service. We were waited on the minute we walked in the door and was given a free upgrade because one was available. The car wa amazing but had bad windshield wipers. We told Remi at the dealership and she gave us a credit on our bill. We have rented from them the past 8 years and have been thrilled with the customer service there.

I was quickly welcomed to the reservation desk and into a vehicle within ten minutes (I wasn't watching the clock) on a very busy holiday eve. I was offered clear optional additions to the rental agreement and felt no pressure to accept any as a condition to rent my vehicle.

My rental pickup in Layton was quick and easy. They gave me a free upgrade to a Toyota with lane assist which was much safer on the icy roads. I had no issues with the car at all. Drop-off at SLC airport was a breeze. Thank you!

I was never sent an official link to do a review; however Dante at the Layton location was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had. The process was quick and he was very kind. Get this man his free lunch!!

After getting t-boned and waiting almost a week for the other person's insurance to approve a rental car, I wasn't feeling very hopeful. This was my first accident and I've heard horror stories about the rental car process, so I fully planned on them trying to take advantage of me somehow.

As soon as we (my husband, daughter, and I) walked in the door we were greeted by a sweet lady. I gave her my information, she took a photo of my license, and then within seconds we were out back looking at the cars. She showed us the ones we could rent, and to my surprise, they had one that would fit my family (we're a family of 6). She walked around the vehicle, noted the damage, answered my questions, took a refundable deposit, had me initial some digital paperwork, and then sent us on our merry way. I think the process took 5 minutes from start to finish.

We have a rental covered under insurance and preferred to switch-out for another vehicle (a week or so after they initially rented to us). Amy helped us, and she went above and beyond to get a suitable alternative vehicle. She was courteous and very professional and had us in and out in no time at all. Thanks Amy!!

At first I was frustrated because the last two vehicles I rented both needed new windshield wipers. Of course, each rental period it rained fairly heavy and the windshield wipers were falling apart and made it difficult for me to see. I mentioned this during my return and the gentleman who I wish I could remember his name, he helped me with the return and took care of the situation. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be renting again.
