Low pressure- In it for the long haul / long relationships as opposed to making a quick buck on a particular sale.
Local Knowledge- When your agent comes from a local family that has local streets named after the children, you have an agent who knows the area.
Professionalism- Every i dotted. Every T crossed. This is important to a detail-hating entrepreneur like me. I need my agent to save me from myself on this front.
Referrals- Once you own properties in an area, it's good to have an agent who can tell you which plumbers, electricians, and other professionals can be trusted.
